My Mother-in-Law came to Avonleigh Gardens in December 2024 after an 11 week stay in hospital. We, as a family, were concerned as to whether we had made the right decision for her at the time, but can now honestly say that it has been the best decision we could have made for her.
Staff are always kind
and caring and take time to listen to residents when they are upset or confused.
Personal care and hygiene is completed with patience and understanding.
As a family, we are happy with all aspects of care given at Avonleigh.

Amazing service from all of the carers, my Grandad has settled in better than I could have imagined. He has made a huge improvement in his health since being in Avonleigh Gardens. I can't thank them enough.

My grandad has settled in here at Avonleigh Gardens brilliantly, I am so happy with everything they have done for him. Excellent staff and services for the residents. He loves the food and has even had his hair cut, which is a massive achievement!

It's good to find a home of this level and the care given by all the staff looking after my mother is outstanding.
Everyone really helped in settling her in and looking after her.
It's a difficult time when this happens but they help every step of the way.

Cannot fault this care home in any way. My father-in-law has been a resident since June this year and the care and support he gets from all the staff is second to none. He is treated with respect and dignity and also with joy and fun making it the best experience they can for him.
I would recommend
this care home to everyone who is looking for support for their loved ones.

I find the home to be well-maintained and extremely clean and comfortable. All the staff I have met are courteous and polite and make you feel that nothing is too much trouble. Overall I don't think you could find another home to rival the care and facilities that are available.

My father has been here now for just over 3 months and I cannot stress the difference in him. I've got my dad back to his happy self and I can rest easier. The entire staff are so lovely and helpful whilst remaining professional. The way they treat my dad is a credit to the home and the staff in general
- from management down. No one wants to end up in a care home but honestly, this is the best place for him to thrive and be supported. I cannot recommend this home enough.

Members of my family visited, most in care hours and in their opinion Avoneigh Gardens ticked all the boxes, how right they are. I would have no hesitation in placing them top for total care, kindness and dedication. Happiness is a priority around here from management and staff and there is plenty of

Avonleigh provided respite care for my mum from leaving hospital to going home. I was very happy with the support provided and the levels of cleanliness. The staff were attentive and always very jolly and attended to my mum's needs without exception. The test, would I recommend Avonleigh to others,

My mum moved from a home she was very unhappy in, to Avon Leigh Gardens. It's an amazing care home. The management was so helpful and professional with her move. She has a lovely big room and it can be personalised as she wants. The caring staff are hardworking and very respectful to residents and relatives.
The home is beautifully kept in every aspect inside and out. We visit regularly and are always made welcome every member of staff has a very important role in my mum's care and they "all" carry out their roles with exceptional kindness and professionalism. Thank you so much.

My grandad is very well looked after at Avonleigh. We were very unsure about him having to go into a care home but the staff couldn't do enough to put our minds at rest and are so friendly when we visit.

My grandad stayed here on respite while my Nan had a holiday. We all as a family were amazed with the care and standards of the home. My Nan now feels like she can take time out and my grandad would be in good hands. Highest of thanks to all the staff you all do an amazing job and we definitely recommend

After Mum had a very bad experience in previous care, choosing Mum's forever home where she could be well supported with her advanced vascular dementia, was not an easy task. However, from the moment we walked into Avonleigh Gardens, we knew we need not worry. Mum was only there a short while, even
so, all members of the team (whatever level) made it their business to make Mum comfortable, secure, and looked after with dignity. It was evident everyone truly cared and were doing a job they wanted to, rather than it being just a job. I cannot thank the team enough for everything they did for Mum, especially the last 48 hours of her life, where everyone made it their business to also look after me and our family and friends. Nothing was too much trouble. She passed in a calm, caring, and loving environment, for which I am eternally grateful. I would not hesitate to recommend this care home to anyone thinking of placing their family member in their trust, you will not be disappointed.

My friend has been living at Avonleigh for a number of years now, and I often come to visit her. The staff are a credit to the care profession as nothing is too much trouble for them, day or night, there is always a friendly, smiling face for whatever she needs. My mother has been in their care for about three years. During that time, she looked at Avonleigh as her home and the staff as friends. Unfortunately, Mum has just died, aged 99 years and 9 months. I cannot speak highly enough of the esteem I hold the staff of Avonleigh. She lived and died with dignity,
with a friend next to her, in her own bed and in her own home.

Staff very caring and efficient.
General cleanliness of residents, communal areas and bedrooms is excellent
facilities are very good.
The organisation of activities such as hairdresser in house resident parties for birthdays etc and entertainment are also very good.

My mum has been a resident of Avonleigh Gardens for the last 5 years. She has always been very happy here the staff are amazing always going above and beyond regardless of job title always being treated with the utmost respect. My mum also loves her food and she never has any complaints often commenting
on the gorgeous cakes. I call in the home nearly every day and I'm always made to feel welcome and greeted with a smile. One day last week I called in and my mum was very anxious. She was sat with a member of management who had taken time out of her busy day just to sit and have a chat and reassure her. Nothing is too much trouble a this lovely home.

My grandmother has been a resident for years and has received excellent care at Avonleigh. The staff and manager take really good care of her and have a good understanding of her needs (she has dementia and can sometimes be difficult when she is confused).
