We were recommended to look at Birkenhead Court by a good friend when Mum needed respite from dementia we were welcomed in and within a week Mum moved in. They sorted her medicines out and the change is remarkable, she is clan, tidy, calm. Making friends - enjoy the lovely food on offer. She has moved in permanently now and my dad has joined her after having seizures - a stroke and they are settling in well together. My wife started suffering from dementia about 5 years ago and I had carers coming in 3 times a day but I could no longer cope so, reluctantly, the family took the decision to put her in Birkenhead Court last April (2024). You were recommended by a home care provider and the family GP. I am really delighted with the home where she is treated with the utmost respect and has settled in well.
