Since being admitted to Fernbank she has received the best of care from everyone working in the home.
It has been a great relief to the family that mum is being so well cared for.
Thank you all for your help, care and compassion in taking care of mum.
It what is a difficult and underfunded part of society, it is heart warming to see so many carers who are dedicated to looking after our elderly family with such love and compassion.

Thank you for choosing us for your...
Absolutely hands down the best care I could have for my Mum. I live in the States and I never have any worries about her safety health and care. Kayleigh and her team including the chef and housemaid are 100% the best. They communicate if they have concerns for my a mum, they have daily contact with her doctors and when I visit they make me feel so at home and welcomed. Her room is her space and is kept clean daily. Food is top notch and their bubbly personalities make mum laugh and giggle. Music once a week, hairdresser and nail tech. Mum is so much better for being at Fernbank. I cannot say enough or thank them enough !!!!!
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. We are so pleased that you can rest at ease knowing that your mum is safe and well cared for at Fernbank, particularly with you being so far away. I will pass your feedback on to the rest of the team; they will be delighted. Reviews like this help to...
Whenever we visit Ferndale lodge it is lovely to see my husband's Dads partner looking happy and well cared for. The staff are friendly and treat the residents with care and dignity. Whenever we visit we are always offered a hot drink. We love that we can visit any time and stay as long as we like, then when we do leave we always have peace of mind knowing she is safe and looked after well. This is so important as she was previously in a home with strict visiting times and I always came out worried and often in tears. We couldn't be more delighted with Ferndale Lodge.
We look forward to seeing you during your next visits.
It is a lovely home where my sister is cared for with the utmost respect. The staff are excellent at what they do and are helpful in every way. She appears to enjoy the food provided and, according to my sister, sleeps well at night. What more could one want!

Mum made friends with other residents and joined in with the activities!
I would highly recommend this home. I know Mum will want to visit staff and residents when she visits us.
Thank you to everyone for taking such good care of our Mum.
We are so pleased that your mum enjoyed her stay with us, we hope to see her again when she is down visiting family and look forward to hearing how everything goes for her.
We wish your mum and the whole family all the very best for the future.
This home provided outstanding respite care for our mother, and we couldn't be more thankful. From the moment she arrived, she was treated with kindness, respect, and compassion. The staff went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable, safe, and well cared for, and their professionalism was matched by genuine warmth. Our mother always commented on how good the food was! and how everyone was so friendly and kind to her. Knowing she was in such capable and caring hands gave our family real peace of mind. I would highly recommend this home to anyone seeking quality care for a loved one.

I would highly recommend Fernbank Care home, the care is outstanding. The staff are so caring and attentive to Mum (and us as a family). The home offers fantastic meal options which Mum loves, it's clean, they have days out, daily activities which are all fun keeping Mum entertained and the safety of the home is exemplary.
The home offers lovely gardens which is perfect as Mum likes to sit out reading her paper in the summer months, chef brings her ice lollies, fresh drinks and staff are attentive applying suncream.. it's these things that makes Fernbank stand out with their care. Mum is so settled which is so reassuring for myself and my sister knowing our Mum is happy, safe and enjoying her days.
We cannot recommend Fernbank enough, we really are so grateful for all the love and care you give her. Outstanding all round.

My sister is now living in Fernbank Lodge Care Home and is receiving the very best care from management and staff, who are always welcoming and pleasant. I can visit anytime, which is very helpful and says a great deal about the caring nature of everyone at the home. I visted yesterday and there was entertainment (a man with a guitar), and everyone was having a sing-song, which was lovely to see. The environment at the lodge make it feels like a home to its guests, and not just place of residence, which is wonderful. Please take a took, trust me, you won't be disappointed.

My mother-in-law is a resident at Fernbank Care home after being relocated from two other care homes through no fault of her own. The attention and care she receives is second to none. The staff are brilliant and genuinely show empathy to the residents. I would wholeheartedly recommend this care home. Many thanks to all the staff.
