The home is very clean, and all the staff and the manager are exceptional, always welcoming and approachable. Daily activities are arranged for residents, and the food is excellent, along with the care received. Overall, extremely happy!

An absolute pleasure to visit my relative at Fernbank care home.
Staff appear to be attentive to all residents and very polite to their visitors.
The home appears tidy and clean on each visit.
My relative appears happy and has said this themselves within the home.
