My mum and I visited an elderly friend who was our neighbour and is now residing in Heathside. This is our second visit and both Mum and I are very impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. They could not have made our visit any more pleasurable. Also, our friend loves being there.
He says he has made new friends and loves the meals. It is so reassuring to know he is safe and being cared for. Our special thanks to all the staff. Keep up the good work.

The staff have had a very difficult 12 months managing the pandemic, but throughout it all, they have stayed very positive in their approach to the physical and mental well-being of all their clients.
Families hoping that their loved ones are safe in this troubling time can be reassured that the care
and friendship given to them are of the highest standard.
My relative has built up a great relationship with all of the staff who treat him with respect and dignity.
All staff from cleaners to managers are a credit to the home.
