Came numerous times whilst my grandma was particularly ill. Staff were fantastic, extremely attentive and caring. Made the family feel that she was definitely in the right place to recover.

My wife has been a resident in The Borrins for 18 months.
She seems very happy there and I am delighted with the care she receives from everyone at The Borrins.
There is a homely atmosphere there and the staff are caring and friendly.

The care and attention are fantastic but I feel that The Borrins is understaffed and that they are stretched to the limit.
Recently when I went to visit my father, there was one senior and only 2 other staff.

My husband was more settled on this, his second, visit because it was familiar to him.
Plus it was quite near to my daughter. As he has Alzheimer's any change upsets him.
The main thing is the food is excellent and he really enjoys his meals.

I can not praise The Borrins Care Home to highly. The care and attention my father received from both management and staff was superb and genuine, having spent many hours visiting with him, I can honestly attest to this. Both myself and my family were also treated with respect, kindness and warmth.
I was apprehensive about my father going into a care home but soon realized that The Borrins is a very special place indeed.

My Auntie arrived at The Borrins initially on a temporary basis for respite care. Due to the safe and comfortable environment, the staff provided for her she remained at The Borrins as a permanent resident until she sadly passed away. During that time she built up many special relationships with the
staff and received the greatest of care. I was particularly grateful for the immense kindness and companion shown to my Auntie, during the last few days of her life whilst on palliative care. She passed away peacefully with dignity supported and cared for not only by her family and friends but also by all the wonderful staff at The Borrins.

My family are extremely pleased to have found such a fantastic care home for our parents. They shared a lovely room until my father's death during May. All the staff are friendly, bubbly and caring. Their support and care of dad and then mum following her bereavement has been excellent and much appreciated.
Visitors are welcome at any time and always offered a drink and food which is brilliant for residents who's friends travel a distance to visit.

Lovely care home. They have a good activity lady who has tried really hard to make life in the home interesting. We were really pleased with the care and the food. We were worried that it wouldn't be good but it was tasty.
Care staff were very helpful. The deputy manager has been very kind too.
