My Mum has been at the Coach House for two years now. I certainly was very fortunate to be recommended it by a nurse at HRI it ticked all the boxes , my gut instinct was this is right place for Mum which has transpired to be true. Mum looks extremely well and is very well cared for by the lovely staff daily.

I sometimes have to be away and I now do not worry that Mum is in safe hands as I know that she definitely is. I am very lucky to have found them as it seems to strike the exact right note of being professional but not starchy. The staff are all fabulous and treat Mum very well.

My dad suffered dementia and physical disabilities and had to be admitted to a care home, being unable to look after himself.
We selected the Old Coach House OCH due to its well run management professionalism and care by the support staff.

Dad is very happy in OCH, being well fed and looked after, with no concerns raised since he moved in.

Mum is now in palliative care, but her comfort and pain management are handled very well by the team in the care home. I feel the staff's expertise and training show in the compassionate care they provide and the way they go above and beyond to support my mum. There is family support available if needed, with open communication and emotional support as required. The environment is welcoming, warm, secure and offers high-quality residential care which seems individualised for every resident. I visit often, and mum always seems well cared for, and that is all I ask.

My father moved into the Olde Coach House in 2022, and throughout his time there I found all the staff to be caring, friendly and helpful to both him and me. Both sections of the home are clean and welcoming. My father was well cared for in a safe environment, and all his personal and medical needs met particularly as his condition progressed. During my father's final week I felt well supported and informed by the staff involved in his care, and appreciated their calm manner and empathy. Thank you.

I do not believe that there would be a better option for my mother. She is well cared for and safe. There are always enough staff members around. Everything is well managed . The staff are friendly and approachable, The home provides activities that my mother has the opportunity to engage with and also the freedom to opt out of. As a family we are satisfied that mum is OK .

We, as a family, would like to thank the manager and staff for looking after our mum who has been in The Olde Coach House now for several weeks. The care she receives is exemplary, and the knowledge of, and attention to her needs was well evidenced yesterday when we had a meeting there. Mum has been in many care homes over the last decade and the coach house surpasses all others in every way. We are very grateful to the manager and her excellent team.

I often visit my father-in-law in the home. Whenever I visit him, he seems too thirsty. I am not too sure how often he is being given a drink, because he couldn't feed himself. I don't understand about the system or I just worry about his condition compared to other residents. I hope my concern will be clear to understand and see him more lively and fresher. Thank you.

Wonderful care home led by an incredible manager and her dedicated care team.
Always, the care team are pleasant and centred around the residents they care for.
My mum is in the annexe; it is really comfortably furnished, the food is freshly cooked, and Mum gets a steady supply of tea all day along with her biscuits.

Very impressed with the level of care and service provided. Highly recommended.

Really pleased with how well Mum is doing, her overall health has improved since being in the care home. All staff are excellent but only given 4 stars as the owner never acknowledges or says Hello to visitors which I think is a small but important gesture.

Many thanks for the review and the lovely comments about our staff team, we think they are amazing too.

Bit confused about the final comment as I'm always around and speak to everyone I come across in the home, maybe there is a miscommunication about who the owners are? I will catch up with you when I see you.
