I want to thank all of the staff at the care home for doing such a great job not only with my grandma but all of the residents there.
Such a positive environment and has a good sense and feel of community down there and like one big family.
Keep up the great work.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback. We're delighted to hear your nana is thriving at Alexandra House. It's lovely to know our team's care has made such a positive difference, your kind words mean so much to us all.
My husband, who was 95 1/2, was almost at end of life. He could no longer be in the hospital or at home. So he was put in Alexander House. There could not have been a better place. He was only there for a month when he passed away, but he could not have been in a more loving and caring place. Our family will always be grateful for the love and care re received. We thank everyone who cared for him.
Thank you for your touching words. We are truly honoured to have cared for your husband during his final weeks. Knowing he was surrounded by kindness and compassion means so much to us. Your gratitude is deeply appreciated, and we will share your thanks with our dedicated team at Alexandra House.
Much better since last management. Looks and smells so much better. Staff seem happier and lots more going on. Planned events, hairdressers at work. Different atmosphere, great work!
Thank you for your positive feedback and great comments - we will share your lovely review with our all our Alexandra House team.
Staff are always welcoming and helpful. Nothing is an inconvenience to them. They are up to date on my dad's care, or will find another colleague who can give me more information.
Safe and caring environment, I feel at ease that my dad is here 24 hours a day.
Thank you for your kind and positive words, your feedback will be shared with all our Alexandra House team.

My mam has never been in nursing home before. I have looked after my mam for years. Mam coming into Alexander House has been amazing. All carers and senior staff have been wonderful. Me and family are happy to have mam in care home. I would like to thank the management as well for their help and support.

I feel that the staff we come into contact with my aunties care is welcoming, friendly and willing to listen to any questions we have. Alexandra House is a home from home environment and nothing is too much for the staff to assist. Some things could be improved on i.e.. pictures on the wall, activities. In all this home is good.
Thank you for your lovely review - your comments and feedback will be shared with our team so we can look to improve all that we offer.

Alexander House is so warm and welcoming, the staff are amazing, they all go above and beyond to help my mum and our family. In our opinion, my mum is receiving the best care ever, and we appreciate everything they are doing.
Thank you for your lovely review, your feedback and positive comments about our Alexandra House team will be passed to them all.
I visited unexpectedly yesterday and found my mother clean, tidy and comfortable. She has been bed patient for some time, and has been cared for very well, with no issues with skin or sores. My mother is an end of life patient, so to find her so at ease is a great comfort because of my job. I find myself frequently in care homes and find Alexandra House both caring and aware of both residents and visitors, 10/10 every visit.
Thank you for your lovely review - your positive feedback will be passed to all the team at Alexandra House.
Very good, leaving has nothing to do with Alexandra House. The reason is that another care home is closer to our home.
Thank you for your fantastic 5-star review of Alexandra House, this will be shared with all the team. We wish you all the best in the new home.
The management and staff are so wonderful, they work so hard to create a comfortable 'home from home' environment for residents. Staff are always pleasant and welcoming to visitors and happy to help. The Home is beautifully decorated, modern, bright and clean. They manage complex care needs and facilitate all. We would definitely recommend this care home. We can't thank them enough for all their love, care and support to us all, we will miss them.
Thank you for this amazing 5-star review, your incredible feedback really is wonderful to hear and will be passed to all our Alexandra House team.

The staff at Alexandra House are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they care about the residents. They are always smiling and cheerful and they have made such a difference for us, knowing my father-in-law is cared for in between our visits.
Thank you for your lovely review and kind words, these will be passed on to all of our team.
My cousin is looked after really well, her skin is really smooth and soft. Her hair is tidy, her nails are lovely. The staff say she eats well. Can't complain about anything. Lovely home.
Thank you for your lovely review and wonderful feedback about our team.
Dad went into this care home and assessment and has now been made permanent, really hard decision but the staff and manager have been brilliant, two carers have been fantastic with my dad's care and have listened and acted on any of my concerns straight away. One staff member is just fantastic and has a lovely relationship with my dad as does two others. I sleep so much easier knowing he is well looked after by brilliant staff and a manager who listens and acts quickly.
Thank you so much for this wonderful review, your fantastic comments will be passed to the team.
Having been wary of my mother going into a home I have been delighted with how she is settled. The management and staff are amazing. There is nowhere else I would rather have my Mam placed.
Thank you for your fantastic review and wonderful words, these will be passed on to the team.
We feel like my parents are being well-cared for. The staff go out of their way to accommodate their needs while making them feel safe and secure.
Thank you for your fantastic review and feedback that will be passed on to our team.
