Excellent care and support. Very friendly, professional staff. Lovely, clean facilities with lovely garden views. Would recommend this home to family and friends any time. Thanks to all the staff for all that you do daily.

My Dad was a resident here. He was happy which made me happy. The staff were fantastic with my Dad. They took good care of him. I couldn't fault them. Even to the end of my Dad's life, the staff took time and extra time to make sure we were taken care of too. I give 100% to everyone that made time and effort to make sure my Dad's last day was comfortable and respectful. My Dad passed away in the place that we called his home. Thank you all.

The home is well run with good staff and an excellent manager. All the resident's needs are well organised and everyone is well looked after.

My mother was in this nursing home for eleven days and I can not fault anything. She was treated with respect and dignity. The staff were efficient and always helpful. Very friendly and lovely with my mother. Management was informative and wanted everything to be nice for my mother. It was clean, comfortable and secure. Very happy with everything.

Care perfect. Staff great, very friendly always listen if I have a query or a problem, they soon put me right.

Our family have been extremely happy with the care our mother has received. Staff are always cheerful. Very helpful and genuine care for their patients. Our mother needs a comprehensive care package and during her time at the nursing home staff have never failed her or indeed the family as they regularly update on her condition as appropriate.

The kitchen staff have been fantastic in helping with his diet as he is a fussy eater.

The patio areas are lovely to sit out on a nice day.

The level of care is excellent. My mum has been here since January 2018 and the staff are very attentive to the resident's needs.

I visited my mum today at tea time. I was greeted by friendly, cheerful staff. My mum was clean, tidy and comfortable. I was able to assist her with eating her soup and pudding which makes me feel a connection with her as she no longer knows or remembers me. I have missed quite a few weeks of visiting due to various health issues of my own but knowing that my mum and is being well cared for, with genuine compassion, was a great help and relief.

Wife has Paranoid Schizophrenia which is different to most of the residents (who predominantly have Alzheimer's) and she finds it difficult to relate and talk to others so she tends to isolate herself. Although food seems to be acceptable, she often says it is "rubbish" which may be due to her mental and physical (lack of teeth) condition.
