Mam has been in Sheraton Court Care Home for nearly 8 months, she has moved from her first room as to isolated and away frpm carers station.
The food at home is beautiful with plenty of choices
My only issues with home is the delay in taking residence to toilet
Mam cannot hold her watervwell and
has on a number of occasions had accidents due to this.
Some of the staff are lovely and some quite abrupt. All in all its a nice well cared for home

I am sorry to hear that you feel a couple of the staff have been abrupt towards you, this is not what we expect from our staffing team. I am sorry that you feel there has been a delay in supporting you mum to use the toilet. We would be happy to work with you to get a better understanding as to why this is happening. Our staffing levels are reviewed regularly, and these are based upon the dependencies of all the residents living in our care we work hard to ensure that our staffing levels do not go below the agreed establishment hours. The management team regularly review the needs of the residents who reside within the home and ensure that the correct levels of care are provided. The home manager would be more than happy to have a meeting with you to be able to go through the concerns you have mentioned in your review in more details so we can address them and improve on the experience for you mum. Please contact the home manager to organise a meeting at a date and time that is convenient for you. Once again thank you for your review.

From stepping in to Sheraton Court we were all made to feel very welcome - we did plan on a short stay but due to circumstances my friend stayed till she gained her wings. From the ladies on reception to every single member of staff we met they were all fab. They took the time to not ony care but listen
and talk and we became part of one amazing family. From stepping foot in the door to our fairwell I couldn't of asked for better people looking after my friend. Thank you all.

The care and dedication of the staff here is second to none! The building, the facilities, the rooms are all excellent. The residents are treated with the utmost care and dignity - I don't know how they do it! I don't know what they get paid but it isn't enough so consider that where possible. If I

My mam was admitted to Sheraton Court in May 2024 and we could not have picked anywhere better. The staff are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond. They are both attentive to the residents and their visitors. We are rang every time there is any change to mam. The home is spotlessly clean and bright.
They have activities on every day and encourage the residents to join in. They also take them out in the minibus or wheelchair.
Recently my mam has been unwell. The staff have been unbelievable to us and mam. They pop in all the time to check on her and you can see they genuinely care about her. They have been so kind to us to at this very hard time

Everytime I visit Sheraton Court, it always puts a smile on my face. Always a happy welcoming. One of the staff is a breath of fresh air. A credit to the company. Always cake and coffee, residents' happy, activities amazing.

My dad has been a resident of Sheraton Court for 28 months and I must say his care has been excellent.
The staff are friednly and very approachable and nothing has been any trouble for the care of Dad. He has had a couple of health scares but the staff have been on top of everything and got medical
care in as soon as possible.
