My dad was in Cedar Court, and the care was absolutely outstanding. Amazing food, great activities - they go above and beyond every day! Everyone is so happy and helpful and so genuinely caring. Cannot thank them enough for their help and support during a difficult time. Thank you all.

My aunt was on the rehabilitation unit following a discharge from hospital. The staff on the unit was most helpful whenever we had any questions that needed answering. The food looked lovely what my aunt had. Staff always smiling, plenty of activities on each day.

My mother-in-law had a lovely time in the home all the staff were very supportive and was treated with great dignity and care, rooms are a very generous size and nice and clean. Staff and management go above and beyond when she was in and the food was lovely and she enjoyed it. Over Christmas, there was lots of entertainment on she loved hearing the children singing and the local church choir perform Christmas songs.

Everyone had a smile for me when they walked in. My room was lovely, looking out to the sky and sea. The management was caring, taking care of my painful issues. I have to go but the months I've been here, they have been happy ones. So breaking my hip and wrist at 90 years old could have been an awful experience but I was surrounded by kind people. To be kind is the strongest word and that made me calm in every situation. I was brought up by an elderly lady, I wish with all my heart she could have had a happy end but she didn't.

I was a bit nervous of my mam and dad going into the care home at first, but I needn't have worried because all the staff are amazing and very caring. I can't fault any of them, they go above and beyond to give my parents the care and attention they need . Nothing is any trouble to them and the home and staff are very welcoming. My dad loves it in there, he loves the entertainment, especially the singers. I would recommend this care home.

Such a wonderful care home. I can’t thank the staff enough for all they do. Both my nana and grandad are in the care home and all of the staff go above and beyond! The manager was very accommodating when there was some confusion around my grandparents visiting each other. Nothing is ever too much to ask. My nana and grandad get treated like family by all of the staff and it’s so nice to know they are getting the best care, especially when we have been unable to meet their needs. I would absolutely recommend this care home!

Dad has been in for six months, since coming out of hospital. He has been happy in the home and the staff are brilliant with him. The dementia part is very hard for the staff and there is a lot to do at times. When they have to bath him, sometimes they need two people, so there are times that need someone there to take the load off.

The staff at Cedar Court are remarkably kind and patient, showing a great deal of care and professionalism often in difficult circumstances. I have nothing but praise and admiration for their care in looking after my mum in her last year of life. They encouraged her to engage with other residents and the many lovely activities they organised, and attended to all her needs whilst preserving her dignity.

Sadly, my mother-in-law passed away this week. The care and sympathy relating to our loss are beyond measure. We feel that our loss is not just an everyday occurrence but heartfelt and that is much appreciated. The staff here are more than amazing.

My mam was first in Cedar Court Residential & Nursing Home in time to heal which she was well looked after. On returning home after a few weeks she asked the family could I go back there, she said she felt safe and all the staff are nice which is good for the staff at Cedar Court, so Mam has been back in since September 2022. All the family are happy with the care she receives and the knowing that she is safe at night. All the staff are great with our mam as she has Alzheimer's the stories she can makeup and the staff just go with her to a point.
