My mother in laws room is very nice with a great outlook over the garden she is enjoying the lovely food and the staff are really good. We are so happy she decided to stay here, we cannot fault anything. All the staff are very pleasant and make a point of saying hello, nothing is a problem. They are always willing to help.

This has been a very difficult time for relatives, being unable to meet with loved ones, however, the entertainments facilitator has been excellent at maintaining links with family and promoting contact and I am so grateful for that support. My dad always appears content and in good spirits, he is clean and cared for. The staff are caring and supportive.

I have had the best of care since I came here. The staff are all friendly and most helpful. It was a new opinion that I have of care homes; this one is more like a hotel to me.

I have great peace of mind knowing that my uncle is being properly cared for at Cedar Court. He never fails to sing everyone's praises when I am able to speak to him.

Whenever I telephone in I am kept well informed of his condition and reassured.

Caring and friendly staff always ready with a smile, treat residents with respect and encouragement. The comfortable rooms and shared spaces are newly renovated and always kept clean and pleasant. My mother suffers from dementia and became a resident over 10 years ago. Although she initially had some difficulty in accepting her new situation there was an evident and almost immediate improvement in her physical health and general well-being.

Review from A H (Friend of Resident) published on 10 January 2020 Submitted via Postal Card

I visited a friend at the care home today, she reluctantly went in and would prefer to be at home. I came away feeling very happy with the level of care she was receiving. When we arrived she was having her legs treated and we had to wait, while we we waited I noticed the staff interacting with the other residents in a friendly, caring and sensitive manner. The staff we talked to were helpful, informative and friendly. Our friend seems very happy here.
