My aunt has been a resident of Silk Court and under their care since November 2024. I am happy with my aunt's outlook overall since her admission over 18 months now and her care and support at Silk Court bodes well for the future. I'm also happy to say that I would not hesitate in recommending Silk Court to anyone. Staff have been extremely kind, caring, and welcoming towards her from the very first day. She's gone from living alone to a safe environment, having good company and all the support she needs. There has been much improvement in her mental and emotional well-being as a result. I am very impressed with the home; Cleanliness and hygiene is of a high standard; the Dining area is always clean and tidy. Food is well prepared with set menus, well portioned and served regularly on set times. Her room and communal areas are always clean and well maintained. There are planned activities and events arranged for the residents and for family members and friends to partake in.

My Mum has been a resident at Silk Court for nearly 2.5 years. Throughout that time I have been very pleased with the care my Mum has received & never found cause to make a complaint. Silk Court is very welcoming from the moment you enter. All the staff are very polite, friendly, caring & professional. I always know my Mum is in safe hands, in a secure environment & will come to no harm. Silk Court is clean & tidy. The food looks nutritional & appealing to eat. I have regular reviews & can find nothing negative to say. The care team are on top of my Mum's medication & medical care, & keep me informed of any concerns. My Mum has activities she can attend if she wishes. I would definitely recommend Silk Court.

My mum is a resident at the care home having been diagnosed with early onset dementia some years before. We were skeptical about putting her in a care home having just been in supported sheltered housing, but her time there has been a relief as the staff are very attentive to her needs. Any reservations we did have, they would look into and make the necessary adjustments to support mum's care. In June 2025, she had a seizure, the team dealt with it quickly and we were allowed to be around whenever needed to make sure she was okay. The staff regularly do reviews of mum's care and ask if we have any concerns we wish to raise. Happy we chose Silk Court for her care.

My dad has been at the home for a few weeks and I am very happy with the care he is receiving. the staff are very friendly and helpful, my dad likes everyone at the home and is well cared for. There are a lot of activities on offer if he feels up to taking part. The home has kept me informed of any issues with my dad's health and if he has any falls. I was very worried about my dad before he moved in to the home but now with him there I have peace of mind that he is safe.

When my mum first went into Silk Court I was very happy with how my mum was treated. She was there for over 5 years. But as mums dementia got worse and she needed a bit more care that changed they said that because she need 2 staff to do her personal care they weren't able to keep her there, she wasn't the only one that need 2 carers so, I was told to find somewhere else for her to go. I was really upset about this as I was told that mum could stay there until the end of her life. When it gets tough they want you out.

Staff I have met and spoken with are caring, hard-working, and compassionate. This was the first care home I found for my mum where I felt they would take genuinely good care of her, as several of the staff are clearly experienced with long careers in care behind them already. The building is well-staffed, the protected meal times are a sensible idea, and the rooms seem to be in good condition. All of my questions and requests are being met and resolved, and the management have been very accommodating.

My family and I are incredibly grateful for the care and kindness shown at Silk Court Bethnal Green. One of our close relatives has been living here for some time, and it gives us great peace of mind to know they are safe, happy, and truly cared for.
The staff are always attentive, patient, and compassionate - they treat residents with genuine respect and warmth. It's clear they take the time to build real relationships and go the extra mile to make everyone feel comfortable and supported.
The home itself is always clean, bright, and welcoming. There's a lovely, calm atmosphere throughout, and we can see that every effort is made to create a positive environment.

Knowing our loved one with dementia is in such good hands means the world to us. We couldn't be more grateful.

Silk Court has provided consistently great care to my Mum who have been there for over 2 years. They are closely focused on her changing support needs and work hard to get the right things in place. The communication is great - I'm always kept updated and feel very welcome to ask for more information. The staff are warm and welcoming and my Mum enjoys being at Silk Court and is clearly happy there.

Since my mother moved into Silk Court in January 2025, I have been very happy with the standard of care provided to her. The place is clean and tidy, spacious and warm. The staff communicate well and let me know if there are any concerns. Mum had two (brief) A&E admissions, which they instigated as per their policies. My Mum seems to have settled in well and this is so important to me for peace of mind. On check out they also ask if you would feel comfortable raising any safeguarding issues, which is an essential question. I am really happy to have found Silk Court, it was the last place of 12 that I looked at. I was honestly beginning to give up hope. But, as soon as I went to visit I knew it was the right place due to the many positive reviews that I read. Those reviews have proved accurate.
