I have been coming now for 3 years visiting mum and have to say I've been pleased with the care given to my mum. I have really enjoyed being present on many occasions when the activity staff have been on hand. Mum really enjoys the singing and always joins in singing and dancing.

My father and his wife have lived at the home for almost 4 years and are well cared for. The care staff, reception and management are very kind patient, and supportive. My father is happier and more relaxed there, the food is good and nutritious and any concerns or request I have raised I have been listened to and resolved, including practical matters such as replacing the carpet in my fathers room. I would like to thank the whole team for their care and support.

What a lovely home, the staff are very welcoming and caring. My mum only had a short stay but they were amazing, I was at ease when I had to leave my mum knowing how caring they are. They had the upmost respect for all the residents.

I find the staff very friendly, helpful and approachable. I am happy with the care my father receives, he is very sociable and interacts with everyone which is very important for his well being. The best thing I like about Tower Bridge Care Home is that I can visit my father whenever which is really helpful. With the help and support of physio I hope he is able to become more mobile so he can take part in the care home activities of which there are many. Thank you

The well-being team do a wonderful job in keeping the residents entertained.
Dad enjoys bingo, singing and dancing to exercise.
Regular trips to Darwin Court with a group of the other residents where they can enjoy conversation, tea, cake and a game of cards.
The team are very approachable in being able to help in any way possible.

Cannot thank them enough.

Overall the care is very good. The cleaning staff on the first floor is good. The response to any need/help is also good. Only thing I would like is to get rid of the mice.

I've always got on with the staff. Communication has always been good. The staff get on well with my mum. She's comfortable in the home. Everyone's got a soft touch for Mum. I'm amazed how well they cope under pressure.

My mum has been here for several months now, and I am overall very happy with the care she is getting. The staff treat my mum with dignity, and that I can visit at any time without announcing it is a big thing for me. My only concern is activities, as I am not sure they always happen when shown on the posters around. If this were fixed, I would possibly give everything as excellent as everything else is.

1. The new careplan, I've asked for but was told to wait when asking nurses. 2. Has R.P.R ask for support for mobilize my wife out & in bed, out of room for her dignity.

Wait for wife's care home review from social workers.
