Everyone at Ash Grove Care Home is lovely and welcoming. All the staff are extremely good at caring for and looking after my granddad. Amazing place and I feel happy that my granddad is being looked after well. I can sense that my granddad is content.

All Residents have varied activities during the week, please feel free to ask the staff on duty for details. “I have managed several various-sized care homes, giving me great experience. Having worked in this setting previously, I understand what the day-to-day role involves so I can support my team.”
“I operate an open-door policy, and I'm approachable, not only to my team but to residents and relatives as well, as ultimately it is their home more than anyone’s. I encourage residents to make their rooms their own by bringing in meaningful items to help make their room homely.”
When asked what she enjoys most about her role, Lourdes remarked:
“As the Home Manager, I believe our residents should be able to live the life they want and be able to be themselves.
