My dad needs so much help all the time. The staff at Ashbrook are lifesavers. They look after my dad, they give him the help he needs that I cant, He's safe and cared for and the staff are always so polite and caring, despite the nature of the work being so, so difficult. I'm so grateful to them all.

From day one I have been happy with the care my partner is receiving. The staff are all friendly, helpful and work so hard. he is kept clean and tidy and if I've ever had a need to ask for help it arrives within minutes. his room is also always clean + tidy. I can honestly say that I have no complaints about his treatment.

To all the staff from the nurses, carers and receptionist I say well done.

I am not responsible or involved in the financial side of my aunts care. Therefore I am unable to give a rating for 'value for money'

the home offers a very high standard of care for my aunt, and I am pleased to say this is done with compassion and love.

Very satisfied with the care she receives. She is treated as an individual and is included in activities despite her limitations. Staff are friendly and the home is kept clean. Independence is encouraged as far as possible and she is well settled.

Mum was very happy here and always thought of all staff as her friends. A few weeks ago she had a meeting with a social worker and told him how well she was looked after and how good they all were to her. Activities are always good here and always something for residents to take part in if they want to. All staff are very kind and always very helpful and genuine.

My wife has been in Ashbrook N.H. for 16 months and she has settled in very well. I have managed to visit her very regularly and have always found the staff to be very helpful and willing to answer questions about her health and care given. Entertainment is varied and the residents are encouraged to take part. Towards the end of November there was a quiz night, which was well attended by residents, relatives and friends. I find it hard to find faults. Food, cleanliness of rooms and furniture is very good.

Ashbrook Nursing home is amazing. My dad had a stay here from Nov 22 - Jan 23. We highly recommend this nursing home so much so, we have our nan staying here 3 years later. Our nan is delighted to be here. She said the staff are amazing. There's nothing they wouldn't do. She doesn't want to be anywhere else. Her appitite, mood and energy has increased since she came. We are all happy.
