Overall Experience
Whitefriars is a very family friend orientated nursing home, where nothing is too much trouble.
All staff are so kind and helpful.
The food is excellent and the chef comes to see my mum to make sure everything is okay.
When mum was poorly last year, the chef made soup especially for her.

All of her health needs are met with consideration and are dealt with promptly.

Overall Experience
I always feel welcome When visiting my sister Sadie staff are polite and very respectful. The communication is very good clear and informative. Time is taken to give Sadie the best care possible they're also sensitive to her needs. I am pleased Sadie is at Whitefriars care home.

Mum has lived in the care home for over 2 years during which time I have come to know every member of the staff who work there. I cannot express enough how caring and considerate they all are . Nothing is too much trouble and if it hadn't been for their help during this journey I would never have...
Mum has lived in the care home for over 2 years during which time I have come to know every member of the staff who work there. I cannot express enough how caring and considerate they all are . Nothing is too much trouble and if it hadn't been for their help during this journey I would never have got through it. From meetings to filling out paperwork to caring for mum nothing was too much trouble.
Mum passed away very recently and the home did everything they could to make her passing as painless as possible and helped me through this difficult time .I can't thank them enough for everything that they did for mum and for myself and my family during her stay with them . I would not hesitate to recommend the home to anyone who has a loved one that needs care.

Well run, staff polite and seem to care. The premise is clean but dated, and needs a refurb, better food menu requires support with feedback to the family. Management have an excellent knowledge of my father and have a good report.
