I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am that my mother Mary is a resident at Coplands. She is so loved by all the staff. They have literally saved her life. She was dying at the care home in Cyprus. She wasn't eating while she was there.

Your kind words mean a great deal to all of our staff. I will make sure your message is passed on to the team, as it will be greatly appreciated.
The staff at Coplands Care Home are lovely and supportive. My grandma seems very content here, and the staff/carers are always up-to-date with her management. The girls are attentive and do their best to make her feel involved in activities. If I ever have concerns, they are happy to discuss this with me! I know she is in good hands, which puts my mind at ease when I'm not able to visit.

Thanks so much for such a lovely review. We will pass your positive comments on to the team.
It's been 3 years now since my wife was admitted into Coplands Nursing Home. I have no complaints whatsoever. They treat her just like their family member, and the service is excellent, and the facilities are very clean and organised properly. In my own experience, the home is like a home where you may never feel that you are in a different place, as my wife is very happy staying here. Nevertheless, I can recommend to other families. Food and everything is excellent and staff are very good, and management and also the domestic care are very good. Safety and security, and mostly value for money.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of Coplands. The team are delighted your wife has settled in well and is happy here. Providing respect and dignity are very important to us, especially for people living with dementia. It means a lot to us that we are meeting your wife's needs. We appreciate your kind words about the staff and the food.
In August, Coplands Nursing Home took my Mum for 2 weeks respite care. This was to enable my wife and I to take a holiday abroad for the first time in 6 years. My Mum had never been in a care home and was very reluctant however, all the staff at Coplands were extremely lovely to my Mum. They made her feel very welcome from the moment she arrived. They took care of her medical needs, she was comfortable, looked after extremely well and enjoyed her stay. We are hoping for the same again next year! We are grateful to Babita & Ariel for making all the arrangements and of course the lovely staff members who took care of Mum. Thank you.
Thank you for providing us with valuable feedback, which will hopefully offer comfort and support to others seeking care for a loved one. It was our absolute privilege to have supported your mother and yourselves. Please know that you are always welcome at Coplands Care Home.
Staff is excellent & helpful including nurses & managers.
Thank you for your excellent review, particularly for highlighting that staff, nurses, and managers. Our team will appreciate that this is recognised.
Aerial was extremely professional + very helpful. He ensured Mark was settled and had all his need, he double checked everything with me to ensure he knew exactly what Mark needed. Mark spent a total of 3 weeks in respite and I felt very confident that he was cared for extremely well at all times and all his complex needs were catered for. I would recommend Aerial and his staff at all times. Thank you for caring for mark and allow me to take some respite.

My brother has been a resident of the home since September 2024. The home is clean and tidy. The staff are very polite and friendly, very caring and patient with my brother. Meet the Team (1)

Hi, my name is Babita and I am extremely proud to be part of the team at Coplands Nursing Home as their Home Manager.
After finishing University I have worked in various Care Homes and NHS Trust as a Registered Nurse. Time progressed and I became a Clinical Lead, then Deputy Manager and then was appointed Registered Manager in 2022.
We have built a strong team of dedicated and long serving professionals at Coplands Nursing Home and I still love it as much as the first day I walked in. Its an absolute rollercoaster some days, but I always strive for us to do things better. I have been awarded with Best Manager of The Year 2021 and Social Care Award 2022.
