The staff at Southborough Nursing Home have been absolutely wonderful and caring with our mother-in-law, who has dementia. I would like to particularly thank the lifestyle lead and the manager for all their help and support. The home itself is lovely, as are the facilities, so would highly recommend.

The team at Southborough Nursing Home have got the balance just right. The nursing care is excellent, and the personal care is beautifully bespoke to the residents. Well done, all of you.

Since we began looking at care homes for mum, we found the staff at Southborough to be welcoming, helpful and kind. The home has an atmosphere of comfort and care. Mum is content, and her health has improved dramatically with professional, knowledgable and attentive caring. We are confident that Mum is in the best place possible for her well-being.

This is a wonderful space for my mum, who has made a vast improvement in her time at Southborough. The staff are all very positive and friendly and know all our names. They go out of their way to make us welcome.

Mum is very happy Southborough. She has been a resident for nearly four years, and the staff are like extended family. She is very well cared for despite her challenging behaviour - all the staff are brilliant with her. I have full confidence in the staff, and they keep myself fully informed of Mum and any ongoing concerns. I cannot recommend Southborough more highly.

I needed help with everything except eating, and at no time did I feel a nuisance (I'm sure I was often). Everyone has made me feel very comfortable. I am joining my sister-in-law in about home, otherwise, I would be more than happy to stay.

My sister was extremely ill when she was moved from hospital to Southborough four years ago. The staff did a wonderful job of nursing her back to health, and she is now enjoying a comfortable, happy life, which she would not have had without their care. She is always clean, well-fed, and takes part in the many activities Southborough provides. The staff are kind and caring, and my sister knows that she is lucky to be there.

Over the past four years, Mum has been very happy at Southborough and she feels very much at home with the staff who she considers as her extended family. The atmosphere is always very caring and the nursing care excellent. Despite the difficulties with visiting over the last year, my brothers and I have had great confidence in the home and Mum has remained happy and safe.

My overall experience with all staff members is very reassuring. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and keep me informed of how my mother is and any changes they see in her which is lovely. I cannot ask for any more from the staff and have every confidence in them. My mother is so happy at Southborough Nursing Home and I feel that is down to the care and attention the staff give to her. I find Southborough a very homely and friendly place. Good nurses, with plenty of activities for the residents. My mum always refers to Southborough as her home. The staff always call me to let me know about anything that is over the ordinary.

In my own care requests, extra and different facilities have been provided at my request.

All staff who cared for our mother were professional well-informed individuals. They were caring and our mothers' needs were met to the highest of standards. We would have no hesitation in recommending Southborough Nursing Home to anyone considering care for their loved ones and for myself. We feel extremely lucky we were recommended to this establishment. I now take this opportunity of thanking all staff at Southborough for making our mother's stay with you comfortable, at a time when her needs were very complex, you really did make a difference. In fact, we really couldn't have wished for a better all-round care facility. Southborough Nursing Home is an amazing place. My mother has been a resident so far for 2 months. All the staff are very caring and wonderful. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs to be cared for 24/7 in a nursing home. I am so grateful for everything you all do.
