New Meppershall Care Home

Room was lovely and mum could see trees and the sky which she throughly enjoyed.

Our mother stayed in the home for a few weeks at the end of her days and the staff were amazing. They treated her with dignity and respect, kept the family informed in person and by phone. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone was friendly and approachable.

Dad came to New Meppershall during September 2024 and was there about a year before he sadly passed away. During his time there he was very settled and happy. The dedicated hard working staff were always attentive to his needs, always smiling. The home would arrange organised trips out which he participated in and enjoyed. Always on hand to answer any of our concerns regarding his health and were supportive to us as a family. Would highly recommend

They can't do enough. It feels like a big family. There is plenty they can do and are so accommodating. My mother is treated with respect and always cared to a high standard. Definitely recommend this care home for your loved one.

The care home itself is very clean and bright. The garden is a lovely part of the home too for residents and visitors.

My Dad moved into Meppershall in March 2025 and from the moment we walked in we were greeted by warm professional staff who made Dad feel at home. His room was bright clean and well furnished.Over the next five months Dad was enjoying wonderful days out and by now had made good friends with the carers that cared for him on a daily basis. Meppershall kept us well informed at all times.The love and respect for Dad was incredible and we can not thank this wonderful care home enough.

We also had a tricky situation where dad had a hospital appointment we were all on holiday they arranged for someone to take him which as a family was amazing.

I have no hesitation in recommending Meppershall as a safe, secure, caring place to provide your loved one with the high quality care they deserve.

We will never be able to put in to words just how special the team are. The care, kindness and compassion they showed to my dad and us during his time at there was unmeasurable. We are certain that we had him that little bit longer because of how kind and caring they were. They treat everyone like family and that really shows. We will be forever grateful to you all for taking dad in and all that you did for Us x

A lovely bright, clean,airy home.The staff were lovely always there for resident and family.Lots of things to join in should you wish.The food and drinks served were of a very high standed.My mother in law Soon settled in her room with some of her own things to make it homely.I would certainly recommend New Meppershall nursing home to anyone .

What a wonderful care home , my mum went in there for respite I was worried at first but then the more I visited the more happier I was , they treat the people so well and put on lots of entertainment.

The staff and buildings were of the highest quality and the care provided was beyond expectations and delivered with a cheerful and happy attitude. My wife was cared for like a member of the family during her convalescence from major surgery. If we need care in future we would have no hesitation in returning to New Meppershall Care Home on a permanent basis.

An amazing, caring, friendly environment. Took great care of our Mum who came from hospital with complications following open heart surgery. Very fragile on arrival but she left walking, well-fed and laughing, back to independence. They sorted her complicated medication routine perfectly and were always smiling and helpful in answering questions. Thank you to the whole team!

She couldn't have been in better hands and it gave us great comfort knowing that she was being looked after better than we ever could have done. We will be forever grateful for everything they did for all of us.

We have been very happy with the care our relative has received. He is like a totally different person since they have been in New Meppershall. The staff are friendly and welcoming, exactly what we were looking for when we were choosing a home.

Wonderful home with wonderful people. Dad really loved it here and loved all the people dealing with his care. They were all very happy and welcoming and it has a lovely element of home about it. Very clean too. Thank you all.

More importantly, was the exceptional care Mum received during her stay. From everyone (the cleaners, housekeeping, carers, nurses and management team) nothing was ever too much trouble. Mum was always treated with respect and cheerful friendliness. We are very grateful for the care that Mum received and could not have wished for a better place for her. Thank you.
