The care at Hatley House is outstanding, all the staff are welcoming and friendly. The manager takes care of the place and all her staff follow the good example she sets. Outstanding care for seven years. Thank you!
We're very happy with the level of care dad receives. It was a tough decision to put him in a home but thanks to the care he's received, we know it was the right decision.
Only complaint, no sky/BT for the footie or a bar. Apart from that, everything else very good to excellent.
Well done.
She is always clean, smells nice and she seems to be very contented.
Very pleased all round.
I have found staff and management trying hard to make you our stay as comfortable as possible. As I was completely incapacitated, I needed a lot of help to make me comfortable and it was always offered.
Same carers, residents familiar with them and carers familiar with residents and their needs. Carers are on duty all day, maintaining this familiarity. Carers are dedicated and friendly. Managers approachable and any concerns dealt with promptly.
I think the staff are very kind and helpful.
Also, because there has been a low turnover of staff she has got to know her carers quite well.
Overall, I am very happy with the standard of care provided for her.
I am so happy my sister is in this care home. The staff are wonderful and take great care of her.
The staff are very helpful. If we ask for anything, they will get it. My sister is very comfortable. They look after her very well. Pleased with the care.
My partner has come a long way in this place. I can't thank all the staff for all their help.
We cannot fault the care I have received at Capwell Grange Care Home. Everyone has been so kind, friendly and nothing has been too much trouble. The physios have been amazing and their dedication has resulted in an outstanding recovery in my mobility for which I am so very grateful.
I feel the level of care has been very good , however, we had lost items of clothing when they have been to the laundry. The staff are very helpful and caring during visits.
Always there to talk to about anything. Medication always on time and presented well.
Night nurses were very good and always reliable. Really enjoyed my stay at Capwell Grange.
As you can see in my review I am over the mon with the care my wife is receiving at Capwell Grange (Hatley House) and I cannot sing their praises enough. The care and attention she is getting are excellent. Many thanks to all the staff of Hatley House.
My only concern is the lack of parking space at times.
I have no complaints.
Pleased with every aspect of my care.
I have always found during my many visits to the home that my wife is being well cared for in every respect. Her room and the general standard of cleanliness etc the atmosphere, the areas of the home that I have seen is always very good.
