The care at Hatley House is outstanding, all the staff are welcoming and friendly. The manager takes care of the place and all her staff follow the good example she sets. Outstanding care for seven years. Thank you!

We're very happy with the level of care dad receives. It was a tough decision to put him in a home but thanks to the care he's received, we know it was the right decision.

No complaints at all about the staff, facilities good.

Only complaint, no sky/BT for the footie or a bar. Apart from that, everything else very good to excellent.

We are very happy with the care and support our mother is getting at Hatley House, the management and staff are really lovely. We are greeted with tea and sandwiches when we visit.
She is always clean, smells nice and she seems to be very contented.

Very pleased all round.

I have found staff and management trying hard to make you our stay as comfortable as possible. As I was completely incapacitated, I needed a lot of help to make me comfortable and it was always offered.

Same carers, residents familiar with them and carers familiar with residents and their needs. Carers are on duty all day, maintaining this familiarity. Carers are dedicated and friendly. Managers approachable and any concerns dealt with promptly.

My mother has been at the Hatley House section of Capwell Grange for over a year now. She is quite happy and settled in well now.
Also, because there has been a low turnover of staff she has got to know her carers quite well.

Overall, I am very happy with the standard of care provided for her.

I feel the level of care has been very good , however, we had lost items of clothing when they have been to the laundry. The staff are very helpful and caring during visits.
