The manager and staff of Mitre House have provided my brother with excellent care long-term. In the past weeks, my brother became increasingly unwell and sadly passed away on 19/05/2022. I was kept informed of every change in his health, helped make difficult decisions and fully supported. I would not have coped without their support. I will be forever grateful. The manager cannot be praised enough.

The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. My mother feels secure, well-fed and well looked after. Her quality of life has improved as she is able to socialise and feels safer than when she was in sheltered accommodation.

This care home felt like our home. My husband was treated with respect and affection. He was stimulated and, even though in the advanced stage of dementia, was included in activities.

I would have no hesitation to recommend this home to family and friends and have already recommended it to friends. Thank you for making their experience a memorable one.

My mum first came to Capwell Grange Care Home in December 2021 for respite care that has turned into staying full-time.

The carers are fantastic, my mum's face lights up whenever my mum sees them. They are always doing something for the residents whether it's singing, watching films or a spot of gardening or potting plants which they all love. Would highly recommend!

Following my craniotomy at hospital, I was transferred to another hospital and then to Capwell Grange Clare Home on 28th January.

When I arrived here I could not walk or do much for myself. During the six week period, I have received excellent care from the staff and can now walk with a frame. I still have a way to go but without their help and support, I don't know where I would be today. Excellent, caring management and staff.

Our mother has received the best care possible since her arrival from another care home one month ago. She seems very comfortable and well looked after. Just what one would expect from a good nursing home.

Dad appears to be content, is always well presented, clean clothes and clean-shaven. Seems to have a happy relationship with the staff and usually has a smile for them.

I am usually called monthly with an update. The staff try to encourage him to eat regularly even though he does not want to. They seem very patient with him.

My mum has been in Milliner House since January after being discharged from hospital with Covid. We are extremely impressed by the thoughtful, caring staff on the ward. They go over and above to make sure that their patients are well looked after and also support families emotionally when needed. I just want to thank them for everything they do.

I found the experience I had at Bonneti House was very positive from the day I came, to date. I was treated with kindness and respect from all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was completed with the utmost professionalism. Time was given to have a chat, which enriched my time here. I was encouraged and the care was so special. I will miss all the positive and caring staff. They all played a part in my rehabilitation to walk again.

The therapists are professional and knowledgeable. The attitude of the Bonnetti Unit manager is outstanding. I was wheeled into Bonnetti House in a wheelchair to receive therapy and relearn the use of my left arm and left leg. I will be discharged soon but this time I will be walking out from Bonnetti House. The therapy has been very motivating. Gradually, I was encouraged to build back my hope and courage. I have regained my independence. The care was amazing and the therapists are patient centred, caring, compassionate and above all, very patient. The nurses are friendly and provide care in an amazing, therapeutic environment.

I have had a wonderful experience here. All the staff are so caring and nothing is too much trouble. Very professional but at the same time, friendly. I would not say anything negative about my stay here. They are such a wonderful team. The food has been excellent also. I will be sorry to leave as I feel I've made friends here and wish everyone all the best. I couldn't ask to stay in a better place.

The staff are excellent on every level. Nurses, carers, kitchen and cleaning staff. I was in Bonetti House and the manager and under manager were second to none. The food at times leaves something to be desired but efforts are made to correct any dislikes.

Physios and occupational therapist are all first class.
