Thank you once again, and I would and have recommended Hatley to other people. I would like to name you but are not allowed, but the carer will know who you are!
The staff are very cheerful and give me feedback on how Mum is doing.
They even arranged for representation from the local Roman Catholic church to come in and see Mum, which didn't happen in her previous home. So glad I moved Mum here, she looks brighter now and seems less agitated.
He was very lucky and privileged to be in your care.
Love and best wishes.
She now feels happy, safe and well cared for at Capwell Grange. What enables Capwell Grange to stand out from other care homes of its type is the excellence of its staff.
The unit manager provides outstanding leadership to her team and they, in turn, provide dedicated and compassionate care to our mother. We are grateful to each and every member of staff for everything they do.
I have found Capwell Grange to be very caring, both for residents and family of the resident. They make you feel very welcome and part of the family I feel that the team are. All the staff are lovely caring people. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
The staff at Hatley house in Capwell Grange are all so dedicated and full of care and kindness to my mother and her family. I am very grateful that mum is spending her final days in a great care home with the best staff and care.
The home often has events such as tea parties, singing and beauty which mum loves. We are always included in meal times and offered food so we can join mum. The garden is lovely and accessible so we can have a walk. Mum's room is always clean.
The ever helpful staff are aware of the needs of the families of the residents and it is a pleasure to visit this home.
I have no hesitation in recommending Capwell Grange to anyone who required dementia care. Hartley House is a credit to the organisation.
Mum has settled well in Hatley House in Capwell Grange and seems to be content. The staff are very kind and treat mum with respect which gives me confidence in their care. The activities for the residents impresses me as I observe each resident included and there is an atmosphere of fun and laughter. Staff are polite and friendly and are always available to address any concerns.
My grandad has been a resident at this care home for two years and he is happy, well cared for and the staff are wonderful not only to him but also to his family. So many special people work at this care home and I cannot praise the staff enough.
My mom has been resident at Capwell for some time and we as a family are very pleased with the care provision. Mom tells us that the staff meet her care needs very well and this gives us tremendous peace of mind. We are able to face time mom and she can see her grandkids and communicate with us. The nurses call or email us if there are any changes with mom.
At age 98 years, I was admitted to Capwell Grange where I stayed for 28 days, suffering from a lumber spasm and excruciating pain. I was amazed at the wealth of love and kindness plus care that I received which contributed to my recovery and return home. There was a sense of happiness each day. I felt it was a spring holiday. The food was brilliant. Thank you so much. I am glad I was sent for respite care to Capwell Grange.
The staff are kind, reassuring and respectful. They treat my husband with consideration and friendliness.
Dad has been at Capwell for 3 months. He has a series of health issues including late-stage dementia and diabetes. His care at Capwell has been absolutely marvellous. The staff, all of them, treat him like he is their grandad. The love and care he receives is given freely and consistently. His dignity is maintained at all times as an ex-military man and teacher, he loves to be well dressed, shaved and clean. The staff are tremendous and a great asset to the HC-One group
The staff in the unit are so kind and patient and caring about my mother's welfare and well being. I have no worries as I know they will contact me if they are concerned about anything or need to give me information on my mother's condition or appointments.
The care provided is excellent and the staff do a good job in difficult circumstances. I have always been kept well informed of my mother's condition and I have every confidence in the professionalism of the staff.
Exceeded our expectations at Hartley House.
All the staff in Capwell Grange, Mitre House are fantastic, very friendly, caring, always notify you with concerns of the resident. I wouldn't want any members in Mitre to leave as they really handle my mother with such great care and always smile and are very happy. I am very happy with her care and would like this to continue. The manager of the wing is very good at their job.
Clean and tidy. Food ok. Observations, helpful staff.
Staff are excellent at Hatley House in Capwell Grange. They are very helpful.
