I have noticed from day one, the lack of staff. Aunt should be getting the £112 allowance, after nearly a year she's still not receiving it. Yet her fee went up by £80 in April, apart from when my aunt became ill on the 24.6.16. The assistant manager acted quickly and efficiently. The management are very distant.
