My Mother in Law has not been at Admirals Reach very long but the care she receives is outstanding. Everyone is extremely dedicated to their job. There isn't one person that doesn't show dedication. She has settled in very well.

The overall care for mum was excellent she was well looked after and I felt she was always well dressed and comfortable. Doctors were called when necessary. It was reassuring to know she was fed properly in fact she perked up immediately after she moved in. The staff and nurses are always caring and happy, nothing was too much trouble for them.

My mother who suffers from dementia is a resident of Benbow House. The staff are friendly easy to talk to and they care for mum very well and treat her with dignity. She enjoys the activities that are provided. Her room is good as well as the communal areas are always kept clean. The food provided is of a good standard.

My husband has been in this care home for the last one and a half years. He is very settled here. For me, it is a great relief to see him settled. I do not feel guilty for keeping him in a care home which is quite unusual for my culture. It is almost home from home. I can visit him anytime I like and I am always welcome. The staff are extremely friendly and make me and my husband more comfortable.
