1) Reception staff - always friendly, helpful and cheerful.
2) Day time care staff - Oak Lounge - always friendly, professional and attentive to my mum's needs.
3) Hairdresser - Bring extra 'cheer', care and friendliness to the environment.
4) Nurses - communication, updates and next step chatted (senior carer) about regularly, but, they are always answer any questions. Very friendly and professional.

Cleaning staff, maintenance, mini bus driver, activity staff are all very dedicated to their allocated duties. Good menu/diet.

My mum moved into Ashbrook Court in November this year after a bad experience in a previous care home. I can say so far all the staff and the manager have been amazing. My mum looks very well cared for and is very comfortable in her lovely room. All the staff work extremely hard looking after all the residents and we as a family very much appreciate the care and kindness our mum is receiving.

I honestly can't speak highly enough of the staff and management of Ashbrook Court. From the warm welcome on arrival to the in-depth social, emotional and medical support given to all residents. My close friend has lived in other care homes before Ashbrook Court but I'm so glad we moved her here. Her needs have been 100% met with consideration and care. I have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful care home.

An outstanding care home, with lovely caring staff from not only the nurses but right through to the activity staff, carers, office staff and cleaners, all very lovely people. I am so pleased I chose Ashbrook, I can relax knowing my darling father is being looked after so well and treated with love, care, respect and dignity and get constant updates. If anyone is considering the prospect of having to place their loved one in care, this is the one.

The care home is well run by the management staff, nurses and care support staff under the manager. The standard of food is good and a variety of different dishes is offered to the residents. A good variety of activities is offered and special days like birthdays of residents are celebrated.

Overall the care staff from the management downwards really care for the residents and make them as comfortable as possible and cater for the resident's needs. The whole decor of the building, rooms and utilities are designed to make the residents feel at home and to cheer them up.

Very happy with Ashbrook Court Care Home but there are a few things that could be a little better. My mum's room could do with a good freshen-up. The flooring in her room is a bit grubby.

The food could do with a change with good old-fashioned food like shepherd's pie, cottage pie, sausages mash and so on. I know I ask for ham egg and chips for my mum but not every day and not to give her salad in the wintertime.

I used the service for the first time on a week respite for my husband. My experience - welcome environment, staff friendly and approachable.

My husband was relaxed and showed no sign of anxiety in my presence. If I had concerns and asked, no problem getting clarification.

I feel my uncle is well cared for and encouraged to participate in activities. The staff are always very friendly and tell me things my uncle has talked about when I go, I know he doesn't know me anymore, but I'm told when he does have a chat with someone he sometimes mentions me... he is often asleep when I go. I like to look at the social media page and when I spot him enjoying baking or holding an animal it's so nice.

My mother has been here for around a year. Immediately I was struck by the training the staff have - they have excellent behaviour management skills and get quite a lot out of my mother, especially in terms of encouraging her to move, eat and socialise with others. They do keep a close eye on medical issues and communicate effectively and clearly with the family. They have earned my trust and continue to do so on a daily basis. Notably, my mother struggled in other care homes due to her hallucinations and delusions which can cause her to be frightened and aggressive at times. Their person-centred care is second to none. Recently, the nurse put my mother on the phone to me as she was weepy. Mum actually said she would be okay because although she was sad today, the nurses were great and would let her just be sad if she wanted to be, would take care of her and wouldn't leave her alone. Honestly, that's the greatest vindication of our decision to have her live at Ashbrook Court Care Home.

The staff at Ashbrook Court Care Home are excellent and the care provided to my mum is superb.

Facilities within the home are very good. All of the areas are very clean and tidy. They have recently carried out some refurb work to brighten up some areas with fresh paint and flooring.

My mum has been at Ashbrook Court Care Home for about eighteen months and I can't praise the care staff enough. She has dementia but despite this, she has changed since going to Ashbrook Court in that she is happier and less distressed about everyday life. There are always activities and people of her own age and similar issues. Again, thank you all at Ashbrook Court for your patience and loving care.

Unfortunately, I lost my amazing husband of 51 years last week. I couldn't have asked for a more caring passing. Staff were amazing, the head of nursing staff well what can I say, amazing, caring, going beyond the call of duty, in every way I would say 5-star. Can't thank her enough for all her guidance, care, love. There is just not enough I can say to show how I feel about all the staff, thanking you all for caring for the love of my life in his final days. I would have always thought I would hate to go in a care home, not now, from this experience, I would be happy to be placed in one, thank you again from the bottom of my heart.
