My Father has been a resident of the Ashbrook Court family for over 8 years. From the moment he arrived all those years ago, the staff have been amazing and treated him like part of the family. If it was not for the wonderful care that he received, I don't think he would have been alive today if he stayed in his own home. I am forever grateful for that. My Dad loves it at the home. The staff take time to listen to him and attend to his needs. He goes out on trips in the minibus when he chooses and also the option to join in with activities within the home or to stay in his room. The food is of a wide variety and differing cuisines. He can choose what he wants to eat and the amount. He can also have more if so wishes. The staff in the home are very mindful of patients' safety and well-being and are fully up to date with training and protocols. I get regular updates and visiting is only restricted for safety reasons. The management and staff make it a wonderful Home for my dad to be.

My mother started a trial placement at Ashbrook in June following an awful time of hospitalisations and failed placements. In August our family was delighted when she was offered a permanent place. At Ashbrook she has been made to feel part of the family. The warmth and professionalism with which they deliver their service is second to none. Ashbrook have managed to help mum to become more positive about life and has supported our family at such a difficult time. We can only thank the management and staff for everything they have done and continue to do.

This Care Home is exceptionally good, very compassionate staff who care deeply about each and every one of the residents. In addition to the great staff my Dad has a one-to-one who is also exceptional, the Care Home ensures that all one-to-ones are vetted and have their high standards of care. My family are happy and can sleep at night knowing he is so well looked after. All of the above is great but what we like best is that the staff have taken the time to really get to know my Dad. They know he loves ice cream and has a sweet tooth, they know he can be stubborn - all this knowledge ensures he is cared for gently. We are so very lucky. Oh and the food, my Dad loves his food, it is very good at the home.

My Mum came for a three-week respite visit in November and decided to stay. She has found it understandably sad, even traumatic to say goodbye to her home. My sister and I visited Ashbrook Court before she went there. We felt it had a happy, homely atmosphere, was spotlessly clean and fresh and lots of facilities for the residents to enjoy. I can honestly say the staff here have done everything they can to make our mum feel comfortable and at home. She has enjoyed day trips out and visits to the in-house hairdresser. Her room is well-furnished and pleasant. She had excellent attention from the nursing staff when she became poorly and is now well again. My family and I have peace of mind knowing our mum is very well looked after and we also have been made very welcome by the very kind and professional staff there.

My client has been a resident at Ashbrook for many years. Words cannot describe how much it benefits the family by knowing that she is being cared for and supported by Ashbrook staff. They go above and beyond with her. I know that they hold the utmost consideration and moral obligation to her. The work that is done to assist her is essential and crucial to the whole family. I feel great comfort and reassurance from Ashbrook as I know that they have my client's and all residents' needs forefront. We are extremely grateful.

My Dad has been living at Ashbrook Court since September 2020. In the whole time he's been there I have been extremely impressed with the service, care, support, activities and love he receives as well as myself. I have full confidence and respect for the whole team and they are full of warmth, comfort and attention to all the residents in my opinion. I feel that it is a true blessing that my Dad resides there, I simply can't praise Ashbrook Court enough. 5 stars and more! Thank you.

Overall the care home delivers the best care that it can, given the transient nature of care workers. It is always providing entertainment for the residents and relatives to make their stay enjoyable. The effort put in from the manager and his team is to be commended.

Both our parents are now residents of Ashbrook Court Care home and we are grateful every day for the care, support and love they are given. All staff members treat all residents with dignity at all times and care for them as if they were their own loved ones. The Management and staff are always approachable and involved in understanding both our loved one's needs and those of us as a family wanting the very best for those we love. There are always activities within Ashbrook Court which are fun and stimulating for the residents. Trips out and garden time when the weather is fine. As family members we are supported and feel very much part of The Ashbrook Court family.

I am kept well informed of my mother's health and doctor visits and results. The regular emails particularly over the last 2 years were very helpful and gave us peace of mind. The staff are always helpful. My only negative is it is not always possible to get through on the phone.

Excellent care provided to my mother, who has been a resident for many years now. Lots for the residents to do pre-covid and they are now starting to get more entertainment back into the home as restrictions lift. Were very quick to protect the residents when the country became aware of covid and after the first lockdown restrictions, when government rules dictated visits only at end of life or in an emergency, were eased they have maintained a good balance between protection of the residents and avoiding the 'abandonment syndrome' many elderly people have suffered from during the pandemic. Staff have been really caring and helpful throughout.
