This residential home is like a family home. It has a homely feel and friendly, helpful staff, the welcome I have received in this home over the last nine years has been superb. The setting, in large grounds, provides a calm nature garden for residents and for relatives needing peace and a place for their thoughts. An excellent all round home.
Dear Rita. Thank you very much for the kind words about Seven Rivers and for taking the time to let us know your thoughts. Our dedicated and professional staff team work very hard to achieve the level of care you have so graciously commended and we have forwarded your compliments to them. Kindest regards.
After eight weeks my Mum was moved from Hospital to Seven Rivers for care in order for her to eventually be able to return home.
The staff here are marvellous, I have had more contact/feedback in a week than all of the eight weeks in the hospital, the staff are genuinely interested in developments and involve the family.
My Mum has shown progress already as the environment is so much better, the pace is slower than hospital and more centred on her individual needs and obstacles.
The staff are friendly and always introduce themselves, you feel part of it all. Out of admiration and gratitude, they are truly a great team and after several weeks of hospital visiting this is a very satisfying change, which gives me hope and a little more daily confidence to get on with what I have to do.
The grounds are picturesque and wheelchair friendly so it will be good to get Mum out of bed and into the grounds for a tour.
Well done to the Seven Rivers Team, you ARE appreciated.
Many thanks.

Thanks again John, your feedback means a lot to us all.
