Fees are subject to a pre-admission needs assessment which is required to fully understand the level of care and support required by each individual. Premium rooms normally require an additional charge. Nursing fees include the Funded Nursing Contribution (FNC) if you are eligible.

Nothing was too much trouble. The kindness and dignity mum was shown right up to the end of her life was exceptional. Oaklands House became very much part of our lives as well as mum's. It has a real feel of a big family about it.

My mother's needs are well cared for. The staff are empathetic, responsive and helpful. Whilst my mother is not always able to engage in the activities program, she is normally still encouraged to participate even if it's just as an observer.
