other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

This is a very well run care home. The staff are very efficient and friendly. The food is very good and varied. It is also kept very clean. My wife is very well looked after. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The security is good.

I am very happy with the care my husband receives at this home. The staff are very good and if there comes a time when I cannot manage I hope that I could go into this home, as I cannot fault at all. It is a lovely home, clean, bright and they are like one big happy family. I know my husband is getting
the best care and that puts my mind at rest.

I've been happy with the care provided to my mother during her time at Oaklands House. All staff have always been friendly, polite and caring. It is a beautiful home with efficient management. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Have no problems at all with Oaklands House or its staff and facilities. My father has been there from January - September 2016 and it was trying hard to get even better. They looked after him in a very kind and caring manner throughout his stay.

When ever I arrive at the home I'm always greeted nicely, most time offered tea and improved how my husband has been doing. The staff are polite, if I've had a problem its been sorted out. On our 60th Wedding Anniversary the staff decorated his room. Made a cake for us and wine in a bucket, and brought
my husband a present to give me and a card. Even though he didn't understand this meant so much to me. The staff in turn came and congratulated us. What more could you ask for.
