My stepmother was looked after in Willow Court for 12 weeks this Summer/early Autumn after having been in hospital for a fall and having had a respiratory infection and also being physically frail and suffering from dementia. It was a pleasure to visit and see the care she was being given, as well as
the medical staff and carers there were companions able to spend time with her, speaking with her and keeping her company. She recently went back home to be looked after, contented and in good form, all considering her underlying conditions.

My Father spent two months as a resident in Willow Court after finding it a struggle to remain at home. Throughout his stay, everyone at Willow Court was extremely friendly, helpful and dedicated.
At my first visit, the handyman was installing a television and DVD player and subsequently brought Dad
classic musical DVDs in to view. The entertainment team organised a wonderful Valentine lunch for both my Mum and Dad and I know that Dad thoroughly enjoyed the film viewings that took place. Parking was never a problem for us.
This attention to detail impressed both my Mum and I, and every time we visited we were welcomed warmly and kept updated on Dad's health and wellbeing. Whilst in Willow Court Dad had a hairdressing and chiropodist appointment and staff were always keen to know Dad's food likes and dislikes in order to encourage him to eat more.
To sum up, Mum and I were very impressed with Willow Court, it has a friendly, family feel, and would not hesitate to recommend it.

My mother moved into Willow Court last summer when she needed 24-hour nursing care.
I was immediately struck by the relaxed and caring atmosphere at the home - having visited other homes in the past where it wasn't as apparent.
As her health deteriorated, over the weeks, the help and care that she
received was fantastic.
I will never forget this.

My dad spent 2 months in Willow Court then received end of life care there dying on 22 June 2018.

The care he received was lovely the carers and nurses were kind to him and did an amazing job at the end of his life.

We stayed there day and night for 3 days and saw how well they cared for other

residents. We found all the staff we dealt with to be kind caring and hard working

This is an excellent care home and one I would recommend.
Thank you to you all.

My mother was admitted from hospital Kingfisher ward and spent the last three weeks of her life over the Christmas and New Year period in Willow Court. Though this was a daunting experience for her she soon was made to feel welcome and reassured by staff.
Her condition deteriorated over this time
and the staff responded appropriately to the changing situation. There were several occasions when a GP was needed and the staff were quick to respond.
Both staff and Doctors were very caring, understanding and supportive with the appropriate and realistic treatment given to make her end of life as comfortable and as peaceful as possible.
There were times when we/mum had to wait a while for the cares to respond which can be distressing but good care was given as soon as possible.
Your kindness and compassion to Mum and us as relatives and friends was comforting and made what was a very difficult time more bearable.
Thank you to all.

Decent care and commitment given from staff from what I have seen. I have worked in the most expensive care homes and posh care homes but the care here is better than those ones as here they seem to genuinely care.

Sadly my beautiful mother passed away after along illness, on Friday the 5th of February. She has been cared for by the wonderful staff at Willow Court. I would just like to thank them all from the bottom of my heart. Their kindness and professionalism is second to none. I would recommend Willow Court
nursing home to anyone who might need a nursing home. I have been in a number of homes to do with my job and think this is the best home. The care the staff have given is also extended to me and my family not just my mother. Once again thank you. Before mother went to Willow Court she was in another home and I was not at all happy with her care there. I had to make several complaints, which were never resolved, but at Willow I have not had to complain once and she has lived there for four years. The quality for the home is also very good, very clean and bright which I believe helps the residents settle, they are always looking for new ideas for activities and do fun raising to support the activities.
