The staff are professional and very caring. It is a very family orientated home and families are welcoming at all times. There are very good activities and residents' hobbies and interests are catered for. My concerns are always dealt with quickly and efficiently. Visiting my mum daily means I know
all of the staff and it is just like visiting friends, always offers of a cup of tea. Cannot recommend more highly.
