River Court Care Home

I would like to pass on my appreciation to Gade House for all the hard work they put in looking after my parents, especially [ ].

I had an excellent response from the staff. Very helpful staff. Lovely and clean place.

The carers are excellent at their job. My mother is so happy indeed.

My father has been in River Court, Hampermill since May 2018. He has progressive Alzheimer's and when he was first admitted he was very aggressive to everyone. Over the last year, I have seen the carers work extremely hard at building a relationship with my father. To the point he is now, content, settled and happy. River Court offers superb emotional and physical care to its residents and I would recommend them.

All of the staff were the most kind, selfless, caring people who cared for mama like she was theirs. I will never be able to thank you enough for the care you surrounded her with and for accompanying her to her final place of peace.

I would like to say that myself and my mother are extremely satisfied with the care, compassion and dedication of staff in River Court Care Home. My mother enjoys the activities of the home which make her occupied and looking forward to it on a daily basis.

I would like to thank all the staff at the home who cared for my Nan at the end of her life, they made her as comfortable as possible and the staff were very pleasant.

My experiences have been very positive. Both of our parents are residents and are very well cared for. Both are also very contented and happy.

Well done River Court, you can pat yourself on the back.

Fantastic care home, staff are amazing. The Valentines Day party was wonderful.

Pleasant surroundings, room clean and adequate. Staff very good and friendly. Care also very good considerating my relation's needs. Food varied and appear good with choices at every meal time. Unit manager and care home manager very approachable. Very impressed recently with entertainment regarding local history of the area.

My husband enjoys the activities, especially the bingo and quizzes. The activities gentleman in Chess House is brilliant. He engages the residents, is very caring and always helpful.

All the staff, without exception, have been warm, respectful, polite and very helpful.

My mother has been here for nearly 2 years. She has improved so much. She loves it here. She is always clean and tidy. The home is spotless. Her room is spotless and they look after her so well. She has put on weight and walks well with her new zimmer frame.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean rooms and facilities. Food is very good.

I find the staff pleasant and caring, always willing to assist. A good place to be looked after.
