Bless all the kind, compassionate staff at this care home for the wonderful care you provide, pity I couldn't help you to help my nan from the beginning.
Kind and caring staff who provide high-quality care and are always ready to help and advise. Mum is well cared for and happy. Her room is tidy, clean and bright.
We needed some respite care but needed the reassurance that Mum would be well cared for and safely looked after. I am delighted with the care Mum received while in Lucas House. Every member of staff was professional, kind and friendly. We will be highly recommending this home and Mum will be returning in the future. Well done team Lucas and the management team.
I cannot praise enough both the staff and general quality of care provided by this care home. Mum only stayed for some three weeks in nursing dementia, but she was treated exceptionally well. Staff are professional, well-trained and courteous at all times. Visitors are welcomed and encouraged to visit. The accommodation is good and clean. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this care home.
From her first days in Woodlands View, it was clear to me that Mother would be getting the attention she needs. Carers at Woodlands have been so helpful and kind. They treat Mum with care, patience and respect and this has eased her into life in the home. They're also working to preserve Mum's remaining physical and mental capabilities. It is a great relief to know that she is in such good hands.
My brother is very happy here. It's well run with attentive staff and very clean. What more could I ask for, for my lovely brother. Thank you to all the staff.
The level of care provided to my mother surpassed my expectations. The energy and enthusiasm from the caring team is second to none. The carers always seem to go the extra mile to ensure the residents feel safe and happy. The management team are also very approachable and available to listen to any concerns or queries. An excellent care home that provides a great experience for all residents.
Staff are very friendly and approachable. Looking after my mum very well. Sandwiches are always fresh and the food looks good.
I am very happy here.
I have found the staff to be both friendly and professional in all their dealings with my wife and my family. The level of care was first-class and consistent. The residence was well-maintained and clean.
Living 200 miles away and not being able to visit as much as we would have liked, we can't thank the staff enough for their care of Mum. We had regular calls keeping us informed of Mum's health and care. We were updated straight away on any medical issues and any treatment needed.
My mother has been in Woodlands View Care Home for approximately eight weeks. She is very happy and her health and well-being have significantly improved. The staff are very friendly and professional. They always have time to talk to residents and visitors. The property is well-presented and spotlessly clean. The food is plentiful and of good quality. There is plenty of opportunity to socialise if desired in the very pleasant lounge and staff are always available to help. I would highly recommend Woodlands View Care Home.
The staff have been amazing in caring for my mother, who now has advanced dementia. They take the time to get to know the residents as well as their families. They are excellent at communicating with me regarding my mother's condition. Recently it was my mother's birthday; they made the day really special with a cake and banners. She is very well looked after here.
Since my relative has been a resident at Woodlands View, she has made excellent progress. She has gained weight, been given a varied diet and is looking really well. She is well cared for and has been given lots of opportunities to socialise with other residents as well as take part in regular, stimulating activities to improve her quality of life. Staff are always supportive and attentive and always make time to tell us how my relative is doing and are there for the family if we have any concerns.
My mum has lived in Wellfield for approximately two years and has been extremely happy all of that time. The care she receives from all the staff is wonderful. Each and every one of the staff shows nothing but kindness towards the residents. I feel that mum is in a very safe and happy environment. This in turn helps me cope with dealing with her dementia and everything that goes with it. Thank you.
I find the staff here very caring and if I ask them anything they are extremely helpful and prompt.
The care given to my dad is excellent. The staff are helpful when I need to ask any questions. They go above and beyond to make everything comfortable for my dad. The entertainment is really good, they take time with all residents. Activities are different each day. The staff dress up on occasion which is entertaining. You need to be special people to work with people who have dementia and they all are. Keep up the good work, the food is good and there is always a drink to hand.
There is a nice atmosphere at the home.
Mum is very happy with her care.
Can't fault the staff, and feels safe.
My dad has been at Wellfield House for about six weeks now and we cannot believe the positive change in him. The staff are absolutely amazing, there is always laughter and lots of smiles. My dad has told us that he is really happy here. We don't live in the UK but now we can go home knowing he is happy and is being cared for by a fabulous team. Wellfield House is an amazing place full of happiness. Thank you!
Up to now (2 weeks) my experience has been very good, the staff are willing to help with my problems.
