My sister moved into Woodlands View care home on June 24th 2016, and from the very first day she has been treated with dignity and care. The staff are excellent and very helpful and caring. My sister is very happy there and we are so glad we chose, Woodlands View, it is a lot of responsibility choosing a care home for someone else, but on this occasion my husband and myself know we made the right choice for my sister and if she is happy then so are we! If we can't get to see her one day, we know she is getting excellent care! Thank you.

The care he was given was excellent, he was treated with respect dignity and kindness by all the staff. His last days were as comfortable as possible and we as family were also cared for. We could not have asked for better care for him and all the staff deserve recognition.

My father has been in and out of hospital/care homes for the past 2 1/2 years. He came to Woodlands View in March of this year. I have been totally amazed at the level of care he received here. He has been treated with dignity, respect and received the very best medical care he could have possibly had. We as a whole family have been able to relax (for the first time in two years) knowing he has been looked after in the very best way. Every member of staff have been fantastic. They have always kept us up to date with my father's condition. Every resident here seems happy and totally well cared for and respected. I cannot thank the staff at Woodlands View enough - outstanding!!!

From my father's first admission I have nothing but praise! The staff are all exceptional. My father was previously in another home. He was admitted to hospital from there and we would not allow him to back for his health and safety. From day one at Woodlands we could not believe the difference. He has been treated as a human being and not a number. He is always clean, has always had exceptional care, devotion and attention. For the first time in years we have felt relaxed knowing he has been so brilliantly looked after. From the Manager through to all staff I commend everyone. I cannot thank everyone enough!! Woodlands view is amazing in every single way possible.

I had cause to move my relative due to lack of care. So when I moved my relative to this new home, I was amazed on how quickly my relative settled in and the compassion of the staff. They are trained to understand the needs of every resident, also the needs of the families. They are treated with dignity, patience and kindness. I can go home after a visit, knowing my loved one is safe and cared for. The best decision my family and I have made picking this care home.
The care my aunt receives is good. The staff are very good and kind. She has been in Woodlands View since the end of August last year after falling in her flat and she is now not able to walk. Since being in Woodlands View, she is eating better and I have had to buy her more comfortable trousers as she has gained weight and the others were too tight for her. Which has made me very happy as when she went in there she was down to 5 and a half stone.
