Woodlands View Care Home

I am fortunate to be here in the home, very well taken care of.

Friendly and caring staff. They know their residents well and nothing is too much trouble. My mum is very well looked after and cared for. Woodlands View is a wonderful care home and I have great comfort in knowing my mum is well cared for.

I think it is excellent here and the staff are very helpful, anything you need they do it straight away. The food is not bad and the atmosphere is excellent.

I am very happy with everything

Every time I've visited my parents, the staff have always been informative and friendly. My parents have always been presentable and their care folders are always in their rooms. I'm very satisfied with the care my parents are receiving. Also, they are very strict on protocols.

I am happy with the care. The carers are good to me.

Since my mum has entered Woodlands View she has been nothing but happy, safe and comfortable. Both her and I find the staff very kind and they all go out of their way to make Mum's life fulfilled and happy. Activities are excellent. She has blossomed, put on much-needed weight and her quality of life has improved dramatically. Thank you.

My mother's care is excellent and now the activities coordinator is back in post her wellbeing is better too.

Excellent care. My grandad is really happy and settled. Staff always smiling and keep me and my family informed of everything. I couldn't wish for a better place for my grandad.

The food is excellent and the care is perfect. The job of looking after our entertainment is very important to us. We are very lucky to have them.

Woodlands View is exceptional with their care of my mum. She is so well cared for and looked after so well. When we visit, she is always happy and very clean and tidy. All the carers are very friendly and always willing to help us.

I came into this home after having a new hip replacement, as I live alone, it was suggested for respite care. It was the best thing I have ever done, the care side is fantastic, everyone is helpful and caring. I came in hardly walking or eating. Now, I look and feel a different person. The care I have been given is the reason I am able to go home to continue to improve. This is a well run organised care home. I would recommend it to anyone needing a care home. There is always something going on for residents. A big thank you to everyone.
