Halliwell provides a wonderful environment for my mother - caring, fun (yes, fun!) and extremely professional. Everybody, from the receptionist through catering staff to carers and nurses, is unfailingly helpful and cheerful. Cleanliness and the quality of the facilities and the food are all excellent. It isn't cheap, but one really does get a very high level of service for the fees.

Respite care for 3 weeks is best shown in the impact on mum's spirits and general wellness. She is relaxed, positive and cheerful - more of which were traits showing at Christmas time.
