My dad spent his last 4 weeks of his life here at Willow Tree Lodge. The staff are so caring, friendly, amazing, professional and were really kind to my dad and us as a family. They even made sure my mum was comfortable and fed whilst she stayed with my dad for the last 48 hours of his life. Nothing
was too much trouble for the staff. They were always making sure my dad was comfortable and settled.
The manager and her team were always on hand to talk to about any questions we had about my dad. This is a lovely, warm, friendly home from home place.

It's the staff who make Willow Tree Lodge the caring, homely, safe place that it is. They know all their residents well and treat them with dignity and professionalism and yet keep things fun and positive. It is a well-managed home, in need of some decoration and maintenance but always clean and residents
are kept safe here.

The real asset of this home is the staff. The nursing staff is excellent. The senior nurse has been looking after my mother in the home for 6 years now and has been able to cure the bad bedsores she came into the home in 2018, nursed her through COVID and managed her gradual decline with arthritis and
dementia with kindness and compassion. The care staff are also kind, willing and generous with their time. There is a sense of community in this home and there is a very low turnover of staff, which means they know their residents very well. There is a family atmosphere.

Good care for my dad. I feel more confident going home knowing he is being cared for. Good size of room, TV and good size garden to go and get fresh air. Friendly staff and welcoming, good choice od activities, but could be more and try to get my dad more involved. I haven't tried the food, but Dad
is always happy with it.

My Mum has been a resident at Willow Tree Lodge for 2 and half years and she is very happy there. If my Mum's happy then I am very happy. The staff are always welcoming, polite and pleased to help when I visit.

All staff are very caring and capable and friendly. There is a nice family atmosphere with residents afforded lots of communal events on a regular basis such as live music and entertainment. The food is of a high standard and is prepared for individual needs. Regular parties are held to enable resident's
families to meet other relatives and establish contacts and mutual support.
Managerial staff provide regular feedback on each resident's health and well-being. Overall the home is doing a great job looking after those who need extra help.

My mother has been in Willow Tree Lodge since January and has settled in really well due to the care and attention of all staff. Nothing seems to be too much trouble, and they are constantly making sure my mother is comfortable and settled. Food must be good as she has put on weight since she's been
there. The lounge area is nice and big to enable socialising and activities.

The staff at Willow Tree Lodge are very well trained and patient with all residents, during some difficult times due to the nature of my sister's illness and dementia. They are extremely considerate and look after her many needs and do so in a very caring manner.

The staff are always polite and friendly whenever I visit. The home always appears to be clean and there are never any bad smells lingering. The food always looks very nice although the plates are too heavy.

My husband has been a resident of Willow Tree Lodge since December 2023. Due to his complex needs, it was hard to find a suitable care home. Some of his behaviours were difficult to deal with but the management and staff worked hard and together we solved them. The staff are friendly and kind and my
husband is generally calm and happy.

I have been here for 18 months and I find the care home very nice and friendly.
Very caring staff always helpful. The food is very nice and a good choice of dishes.
Staff are always on hand to sort out any problems I may have.

Willow Tree Lodge staff are very caring, patient and know their residents very well. The nurses and manager provide excellent care to make sure all residents are happy and comfortable and are willing to listen to any suggestions for individual care. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The building
is old but kept clean - the only smells are of cooking and the cleaning items used ie to wash floors etc.
