The care is excellent and I could not be happier with my mother's care and welfare.

My wife is unable to complete this form so I am describing her experience. Things here are the same as previous review, a well run home.

My mum is very well looked after. The staff know her and she reacts well to them. There is so much for her to do but she really doesn't like to do anything. The staff are very patient and lovely to her. My mum has been there for 3 years and if there is anything wrong the staff will phone me up straight away.

Our mum is very well cared for at Priory Mews.

The staff are always kind and considerate of her needs. They support us a family.

Although seeing tablecloths and doilies are lovely, given the circumstances of your residents, is it necessary. When funds could be put to use perhaps elsewhere. A clean table is a priority. Just a comment.

Thank you for your kind words regarding the care that your Mother receives at Priory Mews and for taking the time to complete the feedback. Just to say please don't change anything about the home or the staff. Too many nursing homes that get taken over go down the pan. Please don't let this one. Thank you.

As far as my partner is concerned I'm happy most of the time with the care she is getting. There's always going to be times when I'm not. Any problems I have I take to the office and are sorted out as soon as possible. Before I decided to put my partner into Priory Mews I looked at many other care homes but I always came back to this one as Priory Mews has qualities that the others didn't.

Always a pleasure to visit. Mum is well cared for and comfortable and I'm always made to feel welcome when I visit no matter how long or short my visit.

The dementia unit always seems cheerful and friendly, music playing something always going on. At the moment it's all World Cup football which helps keep people and residents involved and gives you something to talk about.

My mum has been in Priory Mews since July 2017. I find the home good but I think there should be more for the residents to do to keep them active. Every time I visit, they all seem to just be sitting around. There should be more for them to do.

My father has been in Priory Mews now for 3 1/2 months. His care has been excellent and the carers are kind and caring. They have also been very supportive to my mother and myself. Nothing is too much trouble even when they are extremely busy.

Always a very positive experience. Always come unannounced and never been concerned about anything I have seen or heard. Mum happy - you are her home and family.

Room always clean. Mum always clean and looked after. Was a hard time when mum had to go into care but made easier by how she is now cared for.
