Overall Experience

The staff have made such a horrible experience so much nicer. The whole process of moving has been so smooth. The staff have been so welcoming and lovely and made my sister settle in so well. The home feels like a hotel rather than an end of life place and would recommend Wykeham House to anyone who is thinking about it.

The care and kindness shown to my father in his end of life care package was outstanding. We could not have wished for a more comfortable place for dad to end his days. The staff are all so dedicated and friendly to both residents and families. Most certainly a comfort to us all at a difficult time. Thank you so much.

Review from Wendy C (Daughter of Resident) published on 12 July 2018 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience
My mother was, unfortunately, a victim of a failed hospital discharge and was desperately in need of somewhere to rest and recuperate with appropriate care and attention.
From my first telephone enquiry during which I spoke with a nurse and deputy care home manager, everyone was so empathetic, kind and helpful.
They took Mum immediately and provided exemplary, respectful and excellent attention to her every need during her two-week stay.
Everyone was amazing.

I owe them so much for their kindness and care and would highly recommend Wykeham House.
