I would just like to say that we are really delighted with the care mum is receiving here- such lovely, friendly staff nothing is too much trouble. She is surrounded by smiling faces and caring staff at all times. The facilities are brilliant and for the first time in ages, she is joining in with all the various activities and has made new friends- so important to enhance her life. The atmosphere so friendly and everybody is so kind and caring.

Very attentive, safe and secure environment. My relative stayed for respite care and he recovered very well thanks to the excellent care he received. He particularly enjoyed the lovely meals.

First impressions on entering the building is there is always a helpful friendly receptionist, and there are often residents looking at papers and drinking tea and coffee, with music playing so a good atmosphere. Security is always a priority so very good. Choice of menu is very good and varied and nothing is too much trouble when you speak to any of the staff. There are a good choice of activities to occupy all day, with trips to some of the shopping centres. The room is a reasonable sign with a walk in sit down shutter facility, so good they allow well behaved pets to visit. As a visitor the only downside is not always easy to park, but its all about facilities for the residents.

Excellent care, excellent activities
Thank you for your review! Our team work hard to provide the best we can for our residents and your feedback means a lot!
The staff that look after my mother are wonderful and always helpful and I trust them 100% with my mothers care. However I often see other members of staff sitting around on their phones (several times now) and not attending the residents. I found the room dirty with no clean towels, no cups or beakers in room so she was unable to have a glass of water. Broken towel rail (three years now), bathroom floor isn't the best to be polite. Furniture in room is not fit for purpose (maybe in the 70's). This isn't a scathing review of the home as I could go on but they definitely need to up their game.
We are sorry to hear about your experience, which differs from the typical positive feedback we receive. We take comments such as this extremely seriously and have passed on your feedback to the Management team who have already learnt from and taken actions. If there is anything else we can do, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.
She enjoys the activities and all the entertainment.

My mum came to Priory Court straight from hospital on 9th December. Right from an initial visit on 7th December we were impressed, friendly, relaxed care and yet professional and safe. Mum has had a great stay, been very well looked after and enjoyed her time here. It has been so reassuring to the family that she's been so well looked after. A huge thank you and happy Christmas.
We're so pleased to hear that Mum has had such a positive experience and we really appreciate you sharing your review with us, thank you! We know that it can be a difficult transition for new residents and their families but we're so happy to see that Mum has settled in well and likes her new home...

Priory Court has a real family atmosphere and supports the residents and their family/carers. My mother was a resident during her long Alzheimer's journey. The dedication of staff, and care given was second to none, amazing, particularly during the end-of-life care when she was able to stay with her familiar surroundings and carers. Thank you Priory Court.

A new venture hosted at Priory Court, I came to the second one. I was made so welcome with no pressure, just encouraging chats with those around me. It was led by a community team who were excellent, we had a lovely array of food and drinks! All supplied as a gift from the management. Well done to you all. I look forward to the next one.

Priory Court is an exceptional care home. Dedicated caring staff dedicated to all the residents' needs. The management and all the staff and carers go the extra mile to ensure the residents are well cared for in every respect. Nothing is too much trouble, I couldn't wish for a better place for my lovely aunt to spend her remaining days, a really friendly, happy and safe home. It has a family feel. I could not rate it highly enough. I would recommend it to anyone.

Our team is dedicated to providing the highest level of care, and it's heartwarming to know that the family atmosphere we strive for has made a positive impact. Your support means the world to us.
From the first entry to the Priory Court reception, good, understanding and sympathetic. The room is good and clean, and staff often comes into the room checking all times that my sister was okay. When she pressed the help button she had staff come quickly and were concerned. She said that she had good care at night when she woke up, staff came quickly. The coffee in reception is excellent. All staff very professional, polite, helpful and very sympathetic.
Thank you for sharing your positive experience with Priory Court. We're so pleased to hear that your sister has felt well cared for and supported during her stay. Our team is dedicated to providing attentive and compassionate care, day and night, and it's wonderful to know that this has made a difference for her.

Providing a high level of nursing care while promoting independence is at the core of what we do, and we are glad to hear that this has been reflected in your mother's experience.
Came in to give my wife a break. Very much liked the food - in fact was excellent. Majority of staff friendly. Liked outlook from room. First week, no activities sheet. Only attended part of one activity. Floor sensor mat superb. In spite of, I thought, very clear photos and explanation, application of Farrow Wraps not good - maybe keep info in room rather than office? Thank you.
Thank you for sharing your experience at Priory Court Care Home. Providing delicious and nutritious meals is important to us and we're delighted that you enjoyed them. We appreciate your feedback regarding the activities and the application of Farrow Wraps. We strive to provide a range of engaging...
