Over all time Priory Court has 175 reviews.
Priory Court has provided to be a very good choice for my husband's care. Staff are kind and caring. There is a good atmosphere within the building and residents seem to be well looked after.
My only suggestion would be that the veranda was made prettier with flowers and an umbrella.g
Care of my aunt has been excellent. Staff are caring, polite and professional.
Fantastic staff, all very friendly and efficient. Lovely spaces outside.
Priory Court is a bright and welcoming home. All the staff are very caring, friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Any concerns are listened to and any problem is resolved quickly.
A suggestion for activities would be for the home’s minibus to be used again if possible, rather than being parked up outside. There must be many residents who would really appreciate the chance to get out for local trips occasionally.
I thought what a lovely care home it was. Well happy my mother has been placed here. Nice and warm as you enter. Once the test was negative, you could visit the room. All staff were friendly and showered concern for good care. My mum now 101 has a nice room, bed with tv and en-suite toilet/bath/shower room. The room is clean and bright, mother has happily settled in. Well done!
Thank you for your lovely review and feedback, we are very pleased to hear that you, and your Mum, are happy with us at Priory Court.
The service here is great and couldn't recommend it enough. The staff takes great care of my grandma and the family atmosphere makes her feel like right at home. She raves about the bingo nights and the cinema so those are a plus and should continue.
The staff here is always welcoming and friendly. The manager here is also great as he made sure to answer all my questions and address any concerns I had. Would highly recommend this place.
Thank you very much for taking the time to complete a review, we aim to provide the most outstanding care to enable our residents to call Priory Court their home. We're also very pleased to hear that your grandma enjoys the activities offered by our home as well as the facilities. Your kind comments will be passed on to our team.
My great aunt has been with Priory Court for a while now and she has nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff. While not the ideal living arrangement, the care home does a fantastic job making it as engaging and stress-free as possible. We have been really impressed with how they've managed the pandemic despite the difficult circumstances, it's been really hard but especially for your team so thank you!
Thank you for your review of our home. We are delighted that you are so pleased with the care and support offered by our staff team. Covid-19 has certainly made things more difficult, but our staff go above and beyond to make everyone comfortable and welcome, I am sure they will be very pleased to hear your comments.
My mother was admitted from the hospital due to her dementia. She settled quickly, and the staff handled her so well - she couldn't have sung their praises - the food and her room more. I found the home has a lovely atmosphere and felt fresh and welcoming. Staff and management were very helpful and supportive.
Thank you so much for this review. We feel privileged to be able to care for residents and support their families during this stage of their life. Knowing that you and your mother are happy with the care we provide, as well as food and premises, makes us feel very proud!
It makes me and the rest of the family feel at ease that she is being cared for in the right environment.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this review. It is rewarding and motivating to the home's team to know that the residents and relatives are happy with the care here at Priory Court.
My mother, who has dementia, has been in Priory Court care home for 7 months now. At the age of 101 she is very happy and healthy. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and my mum is kept busy with different activities every day. I cannot comment on the rooms, food etc as due to Covid restrictions I haven't seen them. My mother is happy and being well looked after which is the most important thing.
Best wishes!
The staff at Priory Court are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble, they are always engaging and happy to spare time to talk and discuss my mum. The management team are excellent, always available to discuss any issues or concerns, plus able and willing to resolve them straight away. Fees are a bit steep but for the level of care my mum receives, they are acceptable.
Thank you for your review and kind words. We pride ourselves on the quality of our staff, and, it's always good to hear from residents and their families, that the quality shines through.
July was the first month that my wife became a resident at Priory Court. She acclimatised very quickly and was appreciative of the support she received. She liked the meals very much and she is now peaceful in her new surroundings. Covid restrictions were unwelcomed but understandable.
In the short time he has been here, we believe his care has been first class.
Very poor food menu. Little choice of cold food. Taking into account the terrible virus situation, the safety regulations were and still are very good but my mother felt like a prisoner and hated (her words) the boring and lacklustre social activities. I don't think you can blame everything nursing care even on the virus.
My mum has been a resident for just over a year and seems settled and content. The staff are friendly and helpful. Management have implemented practices to facilitate visits and contact.
Mum has been a resident for only a short time. She is being looked after very well, all the staff have been welcoming and very helpful to us.
Mum has been a resident here for 2 and a half years. She and her family get on well with the staff and she is well looked after.
Mum has been well cared for. More staff would be my only suggestion.
Excellent care home. Staff are absolutely wonderful with brilliant knowledge. My relative has had a wonderful experience here. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. They have managed the covid-19 situation brilliantly.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thought on Priory Court. We will share the lovely feedback with our team and are happy to read that you feel our staff are wonderful.
