So pleased to go into Priory Court. Nice, clean reception and a pleasant, bright receptionist to greet you and very helpful. My sister is new to Priory Court but know she has settled there very quickly, she has brightened up and amazed at how well she is eating, considering how unwell she has been. Would like to say a big thank you to the staff, nursing, admin and management and may I say it was a pleasure to meet the management. First time I have been to a care home and met them.

We chose Priory Court as we'd had personal recommendations from a friend whose aunt is a resident. Mym arrived at Priory Court straight from a 3 week hospital stay. We had previously met the manager and were super impressed with the time he spent with us and the interest he had in learning about Mum's situation. The manager and all the staff, whether it's reception, admin, nurses, HCAs, have all been polite, efficient and caring to Mum and us as the relatives. Nothing is too much trouble. Her room is lovely, the food is great and the atmosphere in the home is cheerful, bright and happy. We are delighted with everything.

Having gone on the dementia journey with my husband (who died 5 years ago), now going on this journey with my mum is hard, as it is dragging up my past emotions. Information and support is vital.
Very much enjoyed the 'basic information' regarding dementia. One staff member was incredibly informative, love her passion. Would be very interested in further sessions and information, monthly sessions would be good.
All staff have so much time for all even visitors. Management listen to any questions we might have. Food is so good.

Despite all Covid restrictions and the problems involved the staff have always endeavored to keep the residents stimulated and entertainment.
After many months of anguish and heartache about my mother going into full-time care, my worries were put aside at how well she has settled in. The carers and surroundings have made sure that her move went well. We haven't seen her this happy in months, and this is due to the friendly staff and facilities. Please, keep up the great work.
From the moment you enter the door, you are greeted with warmth and friendliness. Everyone is so caring and make you feel at home and welcome, even my dog. My aunt stayed for 3 weeks respite after staying in hospital. She said to me thank you for finding me such a nice home. I think it sums it up. The food was wonderful. Staff were wonderful and all the residents look so happy and everywhere smells nice and looks clean. Thank you everyone.
Adequate but not excellent - unfortunately, due to the other guests being a little further down the old age route, there was not a lot of conversation to be had. As such, my mother decide that she wasn't year ready for long-term care.
Staff friendly, caring and approachable. Facilities good and beginning to open up after Covid.
