My dad has been a resident since October 2019, and I have found his care from the home - excellent. Everybody is very friendly and smiley to residents and visitors. I think that it is nice that special celebrations such as Christmas and Pancake Day have special events arranged. Also, I have found that the staff have been very good at assessing when my dad is unwell and needs medical attention. Good to know that he is being taken care of around the clock.
Staff, environment and dignity all top class.
Thank you for taking the time to share your review of Priory Court. It helps us and other prospective families searching for a care home.
Priory Court have provided stability, the right medication, and friendship. My relative is now calm, accepting and even friendly. She smiles now! I've known her 20 years and have never known her as calm as this, thank you!
We are pleased to know your relative has settled so well and thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We will ensure the team hear the feedback. Thank you.
I have been very happy with the kindness and care that my mum has received. Mum enjoys the quiet times as well as the activities. It gives me peace of mind that she is looked after so well as she means so much to me.
My mother was very violent and abusive to staff and relatives alike. The staff were very supportive and put up with so much from her. She even trashed her room, broke furniture, wrote on walls and many other things. The staff got the mental health team involved and now she is on the correct medication, she has calmed down and is now happy to be at Priory Court. She also has a nurse companion with her all day which she really enjoys. So thank you so much to the manager and all the other staff for persevering with her and managing her at a time when we were at our wit's end, not knowing what was going to happen.

Right from the start when we viewed the home, the staff have been excellent. Answering all our questions and concerns, never rushing or saying they are too busy. The home itself is beautiful, rooms, dining areas, cinema, outside space - they can't do enough for us and are very supportive.

The team at Priory Court do a fantastic job. Mum is being very well looked after and the care workers and nurses do their best under difficult circumstances. Looking after the elderly is not easy. I appreciate all the hard work the team do for mum in making her as comfortable as possible. The team are a credit to the home " well done".

My father was admitted to nursing dementia following a heart attack in May 2019. The staff have been professional and kind, always smiling and welcoming. My father died after a sudden decline. His body was lovingly laid out and it was obvious that the staff act with genuine respect. They have supported me at all stages. It has been a pleasure to have observed a great home in operation.
