I think the management need to change for it to be better. The staff in Activate Gym are very good and they helped me put on weight after I lost it at the hospital. Physio department is also good and helped me a lot. Ground floor staff are also good.

We are sorry to hear this resident's views about the management in the home, however pleased to see that they have then marked other areas as excellent within the home which we feel may be an indication that perhaps this relates their scoring to isolated decisions that have had to be made that they might not have liked.
The last year has seen substantial change and development within the home as the service has continued to grow, bringing with it at times difficult decisions that some residents may not have liked but were necessary to keep the Home open. Residents are able to attend the regular monthly forums held by the management team to provide two-way feedback with all residents on general issues within the home. We will highlight these forums to this resident as they have yet to attend any which if they do in the future this might help their awareness of what is going on in the wider home and why sometimes we cannot always assist with individual requests.
