My first visit and I have already booked another week in April. My room had a sea view but no en-suite facilities. Carers, nurses and all other staff very capable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent and plenty of choices. Dining room overlooked the sea and just like a
restaurant, not an institution. Lots of activities - quizzes, games, puzzles, pottery, painting and more. Something to do all the time. I did not experience pet pals but would like to but some residents had a dog or birds in their rooms. Thoroughly enjoyable week for me and a respite for my husband.

I think the management need to change for it to be better. The staff in Activate Gym are very good and they helped me put on weight after I lost it at the hospital. Physio department is also good and helped me a lot. Ground floor staff are also good.
