My mum who was 98 years old had been at Inglewood for the last 2 years. She sadly passed away 21st Feb 2019. I cannot thank the management and her team for the love, care and respect they gave to her in the time she was there she looked forward to the minibus trips out provided by the home and the morning and activities from entering the home everything was clean and fresh with a friendly and warm welcome from reception staff, the housekeepers, carers and nurses. I would recommend this home to anyone without a doubt.

My mother was aged 97 and totally unable to care for herself when she entered the Inglewood Nursing Home. I was pleased with the care she was given and I found the home clean, well maintained and the care staff appeared very polite and caring.

I cannot comment on the activities as not applicable to my mother as she was unable to get out of bed.

The 2 little words "thank you" seem so inadequate. My dear old Dad arrived at Inglewood in March 2018 by ambulance for end of life care. He passed away on 2nd January 2019.

He became very fond of all the carers who treated him with dignity and respect. However, poorly or down he felt, his face always lit up when a carer came into his room. We particularly respect the fact that some of the carers were happy to read his bible to him or sing hymns. This meant so much to dad and to all the family. Thank you to all the Inglewood staff.

Initially a warm welcome by managers and staff. Positive attitude toward care. Loved the handsets as staff can give a direct answer to questions relating to the patient's care and meals. A light airy room which helped when in bed for long periods. Food was amazing compared to other homes. Generally, staff were caring, kind and Dad enjoyed their company. Would definitely recommend this home to other seeking a place for their loved ones. Thank you, everyone. Didn't you do well.

During the 6 weeks my wife was resident in Inglewood nursing home, she was looked after extremely well by the nurses and other staff. In her final days before she dies, she was made comfortable in her room and kept free from pain.

My mother was looked after very well during the time she was a resident at this home. The staff were caring, very attentive to her needs, friendly to us and willing to discuss mum's care, health and welfare. The nursing staff kept us informed of mum's health condition and what medicines were being administered as directed by the home GP. We are so glad that we found this nursing home to make the last 8 weeks of her life as comfortable as possible.

My wife took up residence at Inglewood Nursing Home on 23rd May 2018 and we have found it a great improvement on the four previous nursing homes she unfortunately has been a resident.
She appears to be very happy in Inglewood and doesn't get upset like she did in previous homes, which is a great relief to our daughter and myself.

My wife is no longer mobile and needs a great deal of help. The staff we have come into contact with have been exceptionally helpful, kind and understanding, for which we are most grateful.

My mother was at Inglewood for approximately 13 months. She had many medical problems and when she arrived she was very anxious and upset. The staff immediately reassured her and made her welcome. They dealt very well with all her problems and every member of staff from management, nursing, carers, cleaners and cooks were kind, respectful and very caring. She was always singing their praises.

As an RBL welfare worker, I had a member in Inglewood some years ago - probably near ten.
I was then impressed with his care and attention from Inglewood staff.
When my sister was in need of care I recommended Inglewood for two reasons. That previous experience, and, with a walking frame it was within 15 minutes plodding of my home.

I was not disappointed and she was happy but reclusive but not with staff who well supported her.

The staff at Inglewood, form the manager through to nursing, care and support workers, maintenance and housekeeping are all so very kind and welcoming. At a very difficult time for my family and me, everyone at the home has done all they could to support us and care for our father during his final days.
