In reply to your concern about the call bells, I believe for me to give you reassurance is to explain the system. When a bell is rung, it generates a print out in the admin office of the time and room number, when staff reset the call bell this is also printed stating the time. Every 24 hours the paper print is reviewed, I will then investigate each one of these. We also use an allocation system for the staff to ensure that all aspects of care are covered, our staffing ratio meets the dependency scores within the home, however, at times it may feel like we do not have enough staff as it is a very busy home.
I hope my explanation gives you the reassurance that we have safe systems in the home to monitor the health and wellbeing of our residents.
Kind regards
Home Manager

Kind regards
Home Manager.

Home Manager.
