Had such a lovely day at the Summer Fete on Saturday. What a beautiful home and very welcoming. My friend who I was visiting said he was having a great time at Oulton Park. I met the manager who was really warm and friendly and very knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to visiting again. Superb.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review Oulton Park and your experience. It really does mean so much to the team here. Thank you again.
I am greeted with very friendly faces and reception every time I visit. Very happy with the level of care my aunt is receiving.
Thank you so much for your comments and review it really means so much to us here at Oulton Park. Thank you.
My husband has recently been to Oulton Park for respite. He was very well cared for and the staff were kind and helpful. He was extremely content whilst there and would have stayed longer. I wouldn't hesitate to use the home again.
Thank you so much for your feedback and for taking the time to review us it really does mean so much to the team at Oulton Park. Thank you.
Mum fast-tracked for palliative care and a bed was available at Oulton Park. I couldn't ask for a better place for Mum. In the short time, she has been here so far she has become noticeably more cared for. Mum is now eating well, more alert and has more good days.
Lovely visit to the home, was clean and tidy. Well laid out Café lounge area with plenty of options for drinks and cakes. There was lots of activity within the home with nice calming music playing, still able to have a conversation with my friend.
Thank you so much for your feedback it really does mean so much to us here at Oulton Park, and the team really appreciate it. we look forward to seeing you again soon.
Such a beautiful home, very well looked after and clean. Staff go above and beyond their duty. Always kind and courteous. If you ask for anything it's always followed through. Residents are highly respected and their privacy is always contained. Apparently, the coffee could be better?
Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your feedback. It really does mean a great deal to us as a team here at Oulton Park.
Thank you to all of you at Oulton Park Care Centre for taking such good care of my much-loved mum during the last few years of her life with you. It was evident that many of you had a soft spot for her during my visits. You have a place made special with lovely staff in all areas, always welcoming, with many of you going the extra mile in your care for her. You know how much she appreciated it too. Through your care, you have made it possible for me to build many more years of happy memories with my mum.
Living so far away, I really appreciated the efforts so many of you made so I could speak with her on the phone so regularly. Plus, not being restricted to particular visiting times meant I could spend lots of time with her when we came over to Lowestoft. The measures you put in place to ensure all the family had a chance to visit during the difficult Covid restrictions were particularly appreciated.Thank you for caring for my mum in her final days and for all you did to care for us too.
Thank you so much for your feedback and comments we really do appreciate it and means so much to the team here at Oulton Park. Our thoughts are with you at this time.
What was obvious before and since by sister's admission was the attention to detail, the efficiency and the caring in the running of Oulton Park. For example, the initial contact was professional and so very helpful in quickly assessing a difficult care situation. The care centre is very welcoming, attractively furnished and spacious. All staff have interacted in a reassuring way. The continuity of medical care has been much appreciated. My sister was adamant that she would not leave her house, but this week was saying 'I like it here'.
Thank you so much for your kind words and taking the time to leave such a great review about our home and the care experienced by your sister. I will be sure to share with the home team and thank you once again for this - it really does mean so much!
Mum went into Oulton Park in mid-October. All the staff are warm and welcoming. The food is very good. The care mum is receiving is excellent. Plenty of activities and social interaction. Her bedroom is spacious and the home is nicely decorated. Overall, mum's quality of life and mental well-being has improved. I feel mum is safe and very well cared for. The management is excellent too.
Thank you so much for your great feedback about our home, our team, the care your mum receives, our food and the activities too! We all very much appreciate your kind words and it means a tremendous amount to us all here at the home.
Beautiful decor, always clean to high standard. All staff I have met have been approachable and helped with all questions etc. The home always smells nice, and facilities are appropriate and well maintained. The garden space is again beautiful, there are always things for residents to do if they wish. Overall a good home.
Thank for taking time to review our home. Your feedback about our team, our facilities, garden and life enrichment activities really do mean the world to each and every one of us! Thank you so much from all of us here at Oulton Park Care Centre.

I cannot fault the outstanding care he receives and the communication my family receive from the home too. The care team are amazing, know him so well and the food is absolutely superb too! Very happy, impressed and I would not hesitate in recommending Oulton Park to anyone.

My husband was in the home for 5 years and seven months. He has always been well cared for and the staff very helpful and patient as he could become argumentative and awkward as his illness progressed. He couldn't do anything for himself so needed lots of help and care. The manager, clerical staff and carers have always been very kind to me.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write and provide this lovely feedback about Oulton Park and the care we provide. I will be sure to share it with the team and it really does mean a lot to us all.
My Mum was in Oulton Park Care Home for a couple of months. She was recovering from a hip operation and also has Parkinsons' at the age of 91. Being very poorly, I can say the care home staff have made every endeavour to settle her in the home. All the nurses and care staff have been very attentive to her considerable needs and have made sure all of the relevant professionals have been involved in securing the best outcome for Mum. The home has recently been refurbished and the garden is nice.
Thank you very much for your kind words and lovely feedback about Mum's care experience here at Oulton Park. This really does mean a lot to us all here and I will be sure to share this with the team!
As his health declined he was bed bound for 4 years and his skin was intact throughout.
He was treated to food during the night if he was hungry and helped with all his care.
The staff treated us as a family and were always welcoming and very kind to my Mum.
The present manager is excellent and has raised the standards throughout.
Thank you so much for your kind words and positive review about the care your stepfather received during his 5 years stay with us here at Oulton Park. Providing the highest standard of care is what drives us every day and the team and I appreciate your feedback very much.
The care home has improved standards and care for my uncle as he no longer spends every day in bed. This has happened in the last 6 months.
My mum moved into the care home about two weeks ago and already I can see that she is being well looked after. She is kept clean and well dressed by very attentive and friendly staff. Mum has problems with her diet and the staff are very helpful in trying to give her alternative food. She has a lovely bright and airy room which is kept clean and tidy. Overall I am very happy with the care she is receiving.
My mother-in-law has only been in the home for two weeks but in that short time, I have been really impressed with Oulton Park Care Home. The rooms are lovely and the impression is of being in your own home. I have to mention the staff, they are so helpful and very attentive to my mother-in-law who is always clean and comfortable when we visit. They are always willing to help with any dietary issues she has. To sum up, we are very pleased with the care she is receiving.
I have been very happy with the care that has been given to my partner. The food is very good. The staff have coped very well whilst the home is being refurbished. This is a lovely care home and the staff are very caring.
Yes, very nice stage helpful and pleasant.
