We feel very lucky to have found this superb home and would fully recommend it. Thank you to Managenent, Nurses and caring staff for your continued efforts. It is very much appreciated.
Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. It means a lot to us to know your brother has been happy and well cared for over the past three years. Your appreciation for our team is valued, and we will share your feedback with our team. Thank you for your continued trust and recommendation.
I'd like to thank every member of the team at Belle Vue. My bed-bound 87 year -old Pop moved there in May 2025 for what we feared would be end of life care - instead of which his health has improved so much that in the past two weeks he has felt well enough to join 2 outings to Paignton sea front, and even enjoy an ice cream! Witnessing this today was very poignant as we thought he might never see the outside world again. We are so grateful to the amazing, professional, kind and friendly team. Thanks to them my Pop has more energy and more pleasure from life than he has had for years, and we've had the best conversations with him.
Thank you for your heartfelt response, seeing your father enjoy trips to Paignton sea front and eat ice cream is wonderful, and we're so pleased he's feeling happier and stronger. It is a privilege to care for him, and your kind words mean so much to every member of the Belle Vue team. Thank you for placing your trust in us.
Lovely welcome at reception for my first time visit. Warm and friendly team. Everywhere clean and well maintained. Beautiful decoration and artwork. Great atmosphere. Overall, very impressed and, most importantly, my brother in law is happy here.
Thank you very much for your kind review! We're delighted you enjoyed your first visit and that our team made you feel so welcome. It's wonderful to hear your brother-in-law is happy here too - we really appreciate your lovely feedback
I love that they take the trouble to take Mum out to the sea front.
Thank you for your kind review. We are delighted to hear that you have peace of mind knowing your mum is comfortable and well cared for at Belle Vue. We know how important it is to continue enjoying life's simple pleasures, so we're pleased that you appreciate our trips to the seafront with your mum. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for trusting us with your mum's care.
The home has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, is always clean and well maintained, and provides excellent support tailored to residents' individual needs. It is reassuring to see how much the staff genuinely care about the people living there.
I would especially like to mention Mark, who consistently goes above and beyond to help my friend. His kindness, compassion, and dedication make a real difference to her daily life and provide great reassurance to those who care about her. Nothing ever seems too much trouble, and his commitment to ensuring residents are happy and well looked after is truly outstanding.
I would highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for high-quality.

They made such an effort on my parents 40th anniversary. We are very greatful.
Dementia is extremely difficult to manage and I think with the care, activities and knowledge they have it done to a tea.
Thank you for such a positive review. It is good to know there is a positive difference in him. Supporting residents living with dementia requires understanding, patience, and consistency. it is rewarding to know our team's care, activities, and experience have helped him feel comfortable and...
When visiting Belle Vue staff have been welcoming and told me where my friend was. I have always been offered a drink on visiting and made to feel at ease when needing to discuss anything. My friend is always kept clean, with fresh bedding, towels etc. My friend is allowed to do cleaning and dusting which she loves and feel better when allowed to do chores and tasks, this helps her to feel useful which she loves.
Thank you so much for your review
We're glad you feel welcomed and supported when you visit, and that your friend is happy, comfortable, and well cared for. It's nice to know she enjoys helping out with little tasks-those moments can make such a difference and to help feel more at home.

Recently had to find a suitable care home for my Aunt who was suffering from delirium. Tina and the team were so accommodating and helpful. The facilities are amazing. I would visit daily and can't fault the care my Aunt received. My Aunt has now recovered and has been able to return to independent living and I can't thank Tina and her Team enough for everything they did to aid my Aunts recovery. If full time care was ever required again in the future this would be my first choice without a doubt. Amazing Team and Amazing care home.
It means so much to our team to know you and your aunt had a positive experience during what must have been a difficult time for you and especially difficult for your aunt. We are pleased to know that you felt supported and welcomed throughout...
I would like to thank all the caring staff for their attention to coping with the recent D@V outbreak. Very professional actions taken. My husband has been in Belle Vue for 16 months now and he is so well cared for. He is very happy there and I find the do a lot of activities to keep the residents occupied. I could not wish for my husband to be anywhere but at Belle Vue thank you to everyone.
Thank you for your kind words and for recognising the professionalism of our staff during the recent outbreak. We are committed to providing quality service and support to all residents, and we are pleased to hear that your husband is happy and engaged with the activities at Belle Vue. Have had experience with many care homes in Torbay but Belle Vue is the most outstanding. My friend is well cared for and the management and staff are very professional. The Home is of a very high standard in cleanliness and this is consistent. I myself am always made to feel welcome every time I visit and this is very much appreciated.
Thank you for your lovely feedback. We're really pleased to hear you feel welcome and that your friend is so well cared for-it means a lot to our team.
Do not like the policy of switching on the T.V. at all times
Could promote discussion amongst residents especially when doing a quiz
Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We really appreciate your suggestion and agree that activities like quizzes are a great way to encourage conversation and connection with our residents. We'll certainly take this on board.
Dad is happy, settled and safe at Belle Vue. He enjoys singing and dancing and he is often the life and soul of such activities. I am now struggling to take Dad out of the care home because of his needs. However when the weather gets better Dad will thrive on getting out more as mentioned by one of the carers who Dad gets on very well with, as he is from up north too!
Thank you for your kind words. We are pleased your dad feels safe and settled at Belle Vue and that he enjoys such a positive connection with our care team.
All very excellent
We all need to care more about our elderly people as when you talk to them a lot have beautiful memories of their lifes they love it when people take interest in them we all get to it one day.
Staff always willing to care and assist at any time.
I consider my friend to be well cared for and safe. At times she is at a loss to know what to do in a morning, but the afternoons always have a planned activity. Most of the staff are friendly and have the resident's needs at the forefront of their work. Of the care homes that I visit this is one of the best.
Thank your feedback. We are grateful to hear that you feel your friend is well cared for and safe with us and this means a lot to us. We appreciate your kind words about our staff and daily activities. Your comment about morning times is helpful, and well continue looking at ways to ensure there...
My first visit for some months and glad to say the usual excellent standard of care is still maintained. Lovely, caring staff - the same friendly faces and excellent care shown by all. This gives myself and family total peace of mind and happiness that mum is in the best of hands daily.
Thank you for your kind review. We're grateful to hear that your recent visit was a positive experience and that you continue to feel confident in the care your mum receives. we take great pride in maintaining high standards of care to ensure our residents feel supported and respected.
I cannot thank Belle Vue enough for the care and dedication they provide. During such a difficult time knowing that your loved one is cared for in a genuine home from home environment is a huge comfort.
