Overall Experience

My father in law sadly passed away today in Woodland Court after being a resident for the last 2 years. He received the best care a family could wish for, he was 95 years old and lived with dementia. The condition was at times traumatic for the family but the love and support we received from the all members of staff engulfed us and carried us through those darker days. In his final days we felt loved , supported and most importantly he was cared for with dignity and respect. Woodland court isn't a Care Home, it's a family, a family that loves not only the residents but their families too. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

Overall Experience

All of the staff have been fantastic in the care shown to my mother. In difficult times nothing was too much trouble. We never saw a member of staff without a cheery smile. We observed entertainers who were supportive and kind to other residents. All of her needs were catered for. We know that she is sad to leave but has made terrific progress since she has been in their care.
